Gostamos muito da estadia ,os funcionários não muito calorosos ,mas bem educados ,correu tudo bem. Café da manhã muito bom ,pena que não tinha café coado só café solúvel, uma dica cuidado com o celular no centro de Santiago, tive meu celular furtado antes de voltar para o Brasil.

Excelente hotel muy recomendable
Pros:

El servicio de limpieza, ya que todos los días limpiaban la habitación y dejaban paños limpios. Estaba bien ubicado, cerca de paradas del metro y abajo se encuentra un Oxxo, una licorera y un mini market, además en el segundo piso hay un restaurante tipo tenedor libre. El desayuno muy bueno tipo Buffet con buena variedad

Que en la primera planta hay una fuente y salía un olor particular.

Pros:

El desayuno y el trato del personal. Pude hacer check in antes, pude dejar mi equipaje, excelente servicio el personal.

La aislación acústica, se oía todo de las otras habitaciones, conversaciones, pasos etc, solo eso.

Excelente estancia.
Pros:

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación. Está cerca de supermercados, pizzerías y estaciones del Metro. Está ubicado en el piso 3 de un edificio en la avenida Santa Cruz. Cerca de barrios donde abundan bares y restaurantes. En el piso 2 del edificio hay un buffet espectacular a un excelente precio. Tiene buen wifi, buen aire acondicionado y un excelente desayuno. El personal es excelente, especialmente Jonathan y Juliana por sus servicios y atenciones
100% recomendado.

Cons:

En el primer piso del edificio algunas veces había un leve olor a cloaca
