Once in the correct room, our stay was good. The man up keeping the grounds was so lovely. A pleasure to meet him.
Pros:

Room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The property has ev chargers for £10 a night use.
Food was lovely.

Cons:

On check in we were given a small standard room and not the superior we had booked and paid for. We went to reception to sort the mistake and were told it’s because you booked through booking.com.
We eventually got the room we paid for.

Breakfast good , good and quiet location

Cons:

shower room was flooding. The drainage was so slow and pan filling up quickly and made the experience very uncomfortable .
Meant to report at reception on checking out, unfortunately it was not manned. Alerted through email, no response at time of review.
TV pictures quality very poor , a fan and fridge in room will be desirable.

Beautiful venue with great restaurants and friendly staff all very happy to help, I will definitely be back.
Pros:

Lovely room with nice views, very clean room with a lovely comfortable bed.

Cons:

So hot in the room, woke up soaked in bed! Could with some air conditioning or at least a fan in the room.

Very good other than the water problems
Pros:

Yes the hotel was wonderful but we had no hot water at the basin then when fixed it was just a dribble.
Otherwise no problems at all.
