So disappointed and it ruined my daughter’s birthday
Pros:

Nothing. Staff were rude, unhelpful and gave us a room that we didn’t book online via booking.com. They treated their wedding guests as a priority and we didn’t matter to them at all.

Pleasant stay,good restaurant quite area good parking , staff at all levels need to discuss the running of the hotel out
Pros:

Quiet surroundings, clean nice restaurant

Cons:

No quiet area, bar area only,very loud and noisy ( business meeting delegates extremely loud but not the fault of hotel hence needs a quiet room)continental needs meats and cheeses larger fruit option needed
