Un paraíso de hotel.
Pros:

Todo. El desayuno era a la carta, pero sin límite de ningún tipo, delicioso todo lo que probamos.
Hubo una noche que cenamos en el restaurante italiano del hotel y, sin esperar demasiado, nos sorprendió muchísimo; estaba todo buenísimo.
La cama era muy cómoda.
La piscina es un sueño hecho realidad.
El personal es muy amable.
Tiene transporte a determinadas horas del día que te acerca, sin coste, a Chiang Mai. Está a media hora en coche del centro, lo cual es positivo si, como en nuestro caso, buscas tranquilidad y alejarte de la ciudad para estar más cerca de la naturaleza.
Si buscas un hotel céntrico y con muchos servicios y tiendas alrededor, este no es tu hotel.

Cons:

Nada. Era justo lo que esperábamos de él.

房間算乾淨，設施維護的也很不錯,也有golf car可以短距離免費接送

Cons:

1.住宿明明寫8歲兒童免費入住
也含早餐
到現場才說免費是指住宿部分
早餐要另外charge一天275元
都沒寫清楚
感受不好

2.早餐吃完才9點多,回房準備要來準備接下來行程的事情,但竟然已經有房務人員在打掃了,問題是我沒有要打掃，無奈只能等她20分鐘

3.第一天早餐麵包吃不完,說想打包，用了一個不錯的紙盒裝給我們，感覺還ok
第二天早餐麵包一樣吃不完，這次就不行打包了
這是什麼邏輯？

google顯示五星級飯店，主觀認為沒有到這水準
頂多3.5星-4星級吧！

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, good location as slightly removed but easy to get everywhere! Staff were super and hugely attentive.

Cons:

Only 2 points- we weren’t informed by booking.com that a cash deposit was required on check in for 2000 Thai baht. Luckily I had it on me but as we arrived at midnight it would have been very challenging to get this if I didn’t have it on me by chance.

The bed was quite hard but these things are personal preference so wouldn’t be the same for everyone.
