emplacement, personnel, petit déjeuner, propreté, accueil, frigo dans la chambre tres appréciable, etc ...

Cons:

climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas (heureusement, c'était en mai, donc chaleur supportable), la douche fuyait un peu, rien de grave.

Pros:

I like the location, only 2 minutes walk to the trams and only 3 stop to get to grand Bazaar. Also lot of shops and restaurants round the hotel for shopping.

Очень бюджетный отель, да старенький но чистый, чистое постельное белье, нормальный завтрак, и очень приятный персонал, на ресепшене очень приветливые, заселили раньше времени, в ресторане очень внимательные и услужливые. Я как человек работающий в этой сфере скажу что сервис очень хороший

Great experience!
Pros:

I booked this stay for my mother on the same day she arrived in Istanbul after she checked out of another 3* hotel she was unhappy with, and she ended up having a great experience here. The room was very clean, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was very convenient. I highly recommend it!
