Amazing location, everything was walkable and besides arriving and leaving we did not use anything besides our feet for getting around. The staff was very nice and made you feel welcome the second you arrived, spoke good english as well.

おしゃれビジネスホテル
Pros:

1F のカフェスペースは広さもあり調度品などもよい感じのおしゃれなカフェで、コーヒーも美味しかったです。ロケーションは近江町市場のすぐ近くで、金沢城や兼六園も徒歩圏内で、便利な場所だと思います。飲食店が集中する香林坊からは少し離れていますが、まぁぎりぎり徒歩圏内と言えると思います。(おそらく片道徒歩 15 - 20 分)
部屋はリノベーションされたビジネスホテルという感じで清潔感もあり、ミニ冷蔵庫、テレビ、ユニットバスなど基本的な設備は揃っています。広さはビジネスホテルと考えると広い方に属すると思います。
チェックイン、チェックアウトは普通のホテルのようなフロントは無く、1F のカフェカウンターで行います。ホテルの受付をされた方もカフェ店員を兼ねているということなのだと思いますが、とてもカジュアルな感じで楽しい感じでチェックイン、チェックアウトできました。出発時に表に出て見送ってもくださいました。
部屋のカギがオートロックではありません。これはセキュリティ的に嫌だという人もいて好き嫌いがあると思いますが、私はオートロックが嫌いなので、オートロックでは無いことは「良かった点」です。

Cons:

一番気になったのは門限です。チェックイン門限が 22:00 で、これは 1F のカフェ店舗自体がチェックインカウンターを兼ねていて、22:00 でカフェが閉まることにより、それ以降はチェックインできないということのようですが、今回の旅行日程ではチェックイン日の移動距離が長かったので、ちょっとしたアクシデントで門限時間をオーバーしてしまう可能性があり緊張しました。予約時に送られてきたメールには無人でもチェックインできるような仕組みがあるような、ないような微妙な説明が書かれていましたが、22:00 以降でも無人でチェックインできるのであれば、それを少し明確に説明してほしいです。評価点を 10 点満点にしなかった最大のポイントがこの門限問題です。
一番近いコンビニは徒歩 5 分程度のところにありますが、ホテル前に立っても見える場所にはありません。けっこう街中に立地しているので、ぜいたくな話ですが「ちょっと遠い」と思ってしまいました。

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit außergewöhnlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.
Besonders empfehlen kann ich die Frühstücks-Bowl zusammen mit einem Cappuccino – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.
Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und angenehm zum Schlafen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Markt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Castle Park, das Geisha District und das Samurai District sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war für meine persönlichen Verhältnisse sehr klein. Wie in vielen japanischen Hotels ist alles funktional eingerichtet, für größere Personen kann es jedoch etwas eng wirken.

L'hotel e' molto piccolo ma ha una qualità ricettiva elevata, soprattutto in relazione al costo. Il personale gentile e disponibile, hanno ospitato i nostri bagagli dopo il check-out per permetterci di proseguire la scoperta della città, ci hanno prestato gli ombrelli per la pioggia, e sono stati disponibili ad ogni richiesta. C'è un solo tipo di colazione, un piatto di yogurt, cereali e frutta, ma e' tutto di alta qualità. Ottimo anche il caffè. La piccola stanza aveva comunque una bella finestra, e il pigiama offerto di un ottimo cotone. Ottimo anche l'impianto di condizionamento che permette l'opzione dry che non ho trovato in altri hotel più grandi e costosi. Infine sono disponibili tappi per le orecchie, un ottima qualità di te' in camera e riviste di architettura giapponese molto belle.

Cons:

Nulla. Avrei voluto acquistare la mug che era in stanza perché carinissima, ma non si poteva. Non è una critica, ma l'hotel mi è piaciuto tanto che avrei voluto continuare a fare colazione a casa con il ricordo :)

I loved this place.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. The castle grounds were a short 5 minute walk, and the market was even closer. We wer midway between the 2 main Chaiya districts and close to lots of restaurants.
But it was the staff that really make this hotel. They are lovely. Friendly, helpful and full of the kind of energy that spreads happiness. And they make really good coffee.

Cons:

Like all hotels in Japan the rooms were a bit cramped, but less than most.
