Awesome hotel. Great location with very helpful staff. Great restaurants nearby and extremely close to STM and REM stations. Room served its purpose's, housekeeping was very accommodating and did a very good job. Overall, great experience.

On arrival I was told about the terrace on the 20th floor, I went up to investigate only to be told I wasn’t welcome as there was a private function ongoing. This happened twice in the 3 days I was here. possibly a nice feature if it was ever accessible.
My “TV greeting” was aimed at someone else. My TV & phone did not work on arrival.
I requested an iron, it was not delivered, I chased & just got the iron, no board. Stupidly I put a few items in for laundry service, 48 hrs + I’m still waiting. I leave the hotel at 06:30 in the morning and would like to b able to pack but I can’t as I’m still awaiting my Laundry. It’s now 19:00 hrs, I put it in at 11:00am yesterday & have been chasing since 12:00 today.
My laundry was eventually delivered at 20:30. It’s a joke hotel !

Great location within short walking distance of Old Montreal! I felt very comfortable exploring the city on foot. The hotel is also one block away from the new Air Canada airport shuttle which was very convenient. Relaxing and airy atmosphere for breakfast in the morning.
Clean, modern and good location.
Breakfast had pork in everything even baked beans had pork in it which makes options for hot breakfast limited if you don’t eat pork. Informed the staff they said they cannot do any thing about it. Was very disappointed about it.
Good location to stay and explore the city. Comfortable and very practical room (not very big, but well organised). Breakfast buffet with good variety and quality (in line with expectation for this range of hotel) and good availability hours. Be aware that bar closes at 22:00 already
