Love the bed, it was a total rest to sleep there.
The design of the rooms is lovely. They were very kind amazing experience at my check in.
The room was bright' super clean and very well appointed. I liked the clean zen style. The attendant who helped me check in was very accommodating and took my car for valet parking.. The lobby is very inviting and interesting.
I arrived on a Sunday night and was disappointed the restaurant was closed Sunday/Monday. The bartender offered a small prepared dish that was microwaved. It was ok.
Everything is perfect!
They need to check the cleanliness of the dishes in the restaurant for morning breakfast.

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.
Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine solide Auswahl.
Wir hatten als zwei Paare bereits 10 Wochen vor Anreise gebucht und um Zimmer in der Nähe voneinander gebeten. Trotzdem lagen unsere Zimmer auf der 4. bzw. 10. Etage. Zusätzlich hatten wir ausdrücklich um ruhige Zimmer fern von Aufzügen, Treppen und Eismaschinen gebeten. Unser Zimmer lag direkt gegenüber der drei (!) Aufzüge.
Wir waren frühzeitig im Hotel und mussten die drei Stunden bis zum offiziellen Check-in um 15:00 Uhr warten. Das ist grundsätzlich nachvollziehbar. Die lange Wartezeit hätte jedoch genutzt werden können, um unsere Zimmerwünsche besser zu berücksichtigen.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Man kann lediglich die Temperatur einstellen. Dadurch lief das System Tag und Nacht und sprang ständig zwischen Kühlen und Heizen um. Für Zugluft- und geräuschempfindliche Gäste kann das störend sein.
Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unseren Anliegen. Nicht jede Bitte kann erfüllt werden, aber die Reaktionen des Personals wirkten teilweise genervt und wenig hilfreich. Gerade in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir hier mehr Unterstützung und Serviceorientierung erwartet.
Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack sehr weich.
Die Duschkabine scheint nicht richtig abgedichtet zu sein. Dadurch wird beim Duschen regelmäßig der Bereich um die Toilette nass.
Magnifique hôtel avec des équipements parfaits, grand confort, les chambres sont spacieuses , la vue magnifique, le personnel au top! Très bons petits déjeuners . Il manque juste la quantité de savon et shampoing qui est très juste et qu’il faut réclamer . Mais c’est un détail. Super séjour. Je recommande +++

L’emplacement
- Petit-déjeuner : très répétitif, peu varié et avec très peu d’options adaptées à une alimentation halal. L’eau proposée pour les tisanes était régulièrement froide ou insuffisamment chaude.
J’ai également été déçue par l’attitude d’un membre du personnel au petit-déjeuner. Le café et le lait du buffet étaient froids et, lorsque je l’ai signalé, il m’a répondu que j’étais la seule cliente à m’en plaindre. La seule solution proposée était de payer un autre café. J’ai trouvé cette attitude peu professionnelle et peu orientée vers la satisfaction du client.
Malgré la volonté de la direction d’apaiser la situation après mon signalement, aucune solution concrète ni réelle alternative ne m’a été proposée.
- L’odeur d’ambiance diffusée à l’entrée de l’hôtel était particulièrement forte et incommodante. De plus, le couloir du 9ᵉ étage dégageait une odeur persistante de moquette qui a aggravé mes allergies durant le séjour.
Ces différents éléments ont malheureusement eu un impact sur le confort général de l’expérience et ne correspondent pas au niveau de prestation que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie.

Avons séjourné une nuit, chambre petite mais bien adaptée, literie très confortable, vue sur la ville, tranquille, propre et belle terrasse extérieure. Je réserverai à nouveau.
