الفندق جدا سيئ

ولا شي عجبني بالفندق

Cons:

اسوء فندق بالعالم محتالين بشكل مو طبيعي و تعاملهم جدا سيئ خصوصا اللي اسمه عيسى و ياخذون من الناس تامين و مايردونه يدفعونكم اضعافه زياده بكل الطرق كاش و فيزا مع بعض

Awful experience
Pros:

Worst experience ever, especially Eissa he just takes all your money and they took all the deposit without even asking me. Unprofessional hospitality, the rooms are full of dirts and eissa was very disrespectful to all of us. Don’t waste your money on such an awful experience they’ll ruin your journey

Impressive, relaxing and perfect stay.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and duper helpful. They made every effort to make out stay perfect

Cons:

The bed on one side was sunken in. We only stayed a couple of nights so wasn’t a major issue but it should be seen to. Everything else was perfect.

Staff really helpful, Especially Enaam from reservation office, also shuttle from/ to airport was excellent and the reception at airport

Had a great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed especially Haya & Issa. Their service really made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again.

Amazing stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming.
A special thank you to Mr. Issa at reception — extremely friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. He truly made our stay even better. Issa is definitely 10/10! The hotel is very lucky to have him.
