الفندق في تراجع كبير عن ما كان عليه سابقاً

الموظفة هيا قمة الذوق والاخلاق والتعاون تستحق كل التقدير لكونها متعاونة وتقدم المساعدة والاهتمام

Cons:

الموظفون يحتاجون تدريب اكثر حيث حدث خطأ سحب دبل الحساب المطلوب وتم تعديله لاحقاً وموظف اللوندري دق الباب والجرس باستمرار بالخطأ منتصف الليل وموظفو الخدمة غير دقيقين بالتنظيف

We were on a honeymoon stransition stay and it was a good choice to wind down and prepare for travel

Absolutely unforgettable stay and pure Lebanese hospitality
Pros:

Very good hotel! I was extremely satisfied with everything and recommend it to everyone travelling to Lebanon. The staff was very friendly, since the very beginning of my stay they welcomed me with a great hospitality organising a transfer from the airport and helping me with everything I needed. The hotel was clean, located in a safe area close to the sea, breakfast was delicious, rooms were absolutely comfortable and had a beautiful view of the sea. This hotel made my visit to Lebanon really unforgettable and amazing! I totally recommend it to everyone.
And I wish peace and prosperity to the brave and resilient Lebanese people! God bless your beautiful country!
