Not a pleasant experience
Cons:

The room had an unpleasant smell, but there was no remote for the TV which they had to change. There is construction work happening and it gets noisy.

Disaster
Pros:

The establishment is so untidy inside out, the parking shade are torn and looks very old the whole yard is dirty
The carpet, Linen basin inside room were very dirty, I won't recommend the hotel to anyone i think they should discard their pictures on internet for advertise it deceives

Nothing, on arrival, i thought the hotel is not operating

Pros:

The receptionist customer services

Cons:

The food was extremely bad
The room smelled of cigarettes dump
Their locking systems doesn't look safe as u can easily open the door without using a passcard
It is far from everything...no shops or restaurants nearby

Breakfast was okay , The staff was exceptional , they were attentive and genuinely wanted to help.

Nothing at all.

Cons:

The staff is not friendly, the place is not clean and no one is helpful. No amenities available as advertised. Horrible area to stay in and feels like staying in a construction zone. The shower door fell off and no one assisted. No breakfast included when booking through Booking.com although advertised. Should not be advertised as a 4 star hotel rather a 1 star hotel.

Very dissapointing they should be removed from booking.com
Pros:

My booking was cancelled with arrival without any warning, e-mail, phone call or refund
My children 18, 20 and 23 had to unexpectedly look for somewhere else to stay late at night
Their excuse was that they had an unexpected big group booking and had to cancel other bookings
They promised to refund me the next day and which they did not do
I phoned booking.com and they confirmed that they were also not informed about the cancellation
So disappointing and the've put my children's safety at risk who needed to look for alternative stay late at night
