Полотенца очень старые как половые тряпки, название номера который я бронировала супер люкс, но это далеко не то просто спальня и кухня, розетки в ужасном состояние они весят со стены.

Missing basic hygiene

Location, air con worked well.

Cons:

The apartment was filthy, bedsheets were ripped, pillows had a very strong smell of sweat and body odor, the mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. The sofa bed was like sleeping on the pavement and was broken, dust and people's hair was everywhere. You get what you pay for but you expect general basic hygiene and this was missing. The staff didn't speak English or Russian but they were nice and friendly.

not bad, but changes are needed
Pros:

The location was excellent, though, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

We stayed in a basement room. The room itself was decent, but the bathroom was terrible and definitely needs a complete renovation. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bed linens and towels looked as if they hadn't been washed at all.

Ugly hotel experiencing last days of its life before renovation/rebrandng.
Pros:

Nothing. We refused to stay there, asked for refund (with success eventually) and moved to different hotel. That was a bit frustrating with family and kids in the middle of night.

Cons:

Everything is old, dirty and smells. Staff refused to change our room and return money with reasoning 'boss is sleeping I can not wake him up, you must come tomorrow'. When we were going away staff shouted to us obscene words. Thankfully after we asked for refund via Booking com we were able to return our money.

Pros:

Отличные апартаменты, для семи до 4 (включительно) номер студио с одной отдельной спальей.. В номере все есть для комфортного проживания. Расположение отеля отличное, на не оживленной улице, шум с баров и дорог не слышно. Отличное обслуживание, быстрое заселение.

Чиста постіль і рушники. Одноразові капці.

Побутова техніка і сантехніка і меблі в робочому стані.
Мило в душі і миючий засіб для посуду присутні, також є ганчірка і мочалка. Не треба одразу десь бігти купувати.
Є фен і праска.
Атмосфера відпочинку без галасу і суєти.

Навіть кондиціонер при вмиканні дме димом.
При заселені стояла заповнена попільничка з недопалками і шкаралупою варених яєць 🥹

There is nothing what to like! Beds very uncomfortable. Can't sleep or rest properly

Very bed everything. Very negative energy. And owner disturb our holiday, made as so much stress, Turkish people so rude, they look at the tourists like at the money bag, bo respect, no nothing, smiling in the face and thinking how to take money from you!!! Stay away from places like this, and people like him!
