Excellent facilities, great location for outdoor excursions
Pros:

The front desk staff were very helpful, very thorough and very attentive - they went above and beyond when our spa booking time was changed, and even helped resolve an issue at the restaurant for us. The spa facilities themselves were more than welcome. We booked massages but even without that, the hot tub and sauna were a wonderful treat after a long hike.

Cons:

Only a minor issue, but we did have a problem at the restaurant. I'm a native Polish speaker but my partner is not. When I was away from the table our server was visibly frustrated with her English and walked away from the table. This was almost immediately resolved by the front desk staff who noticed this (without us mentioning anything), so we were very appreciative of that.

Fajne miejsce na wypady do zamków- Orlich Gniazd.. Miła obsługa. Czysto.

Cons:

Na miejscu strefa SPA ale czasami trudno o miejsce. Do basenu z ogrzewaną wodą trzeba przejść ok. 200 m. i dodatkowo zapłacić/ ale to jest zaznaczone w opisie/.

Miejsce, gdzie mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć
Pros:

Spędziliśmy tu z mężem cudowny weekend. Po pysznym, obfitym i bardzo urozmaiconym śniadaniu były piesze wycieczki po pięknej okolicy. Po południu opalanie przy basenie, po kolacji masaże (pełen profesjonalizm), a potem sauna i jacuzzi. Serdecznie polecamy!

Very nice place on Jura, hiking trails nearby, water park, a bit secluded. Great for kids.
