First time in Turkey. Was Amazing
Pros:

very clean hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. room cleaned very nicely every day. Close to the beach and all necessary shops.

Cons:

There could be more selection of European dishes. Anyway food vas very good.

Прекрасно встретили на рецепшене Бурхан.Поселил раньше,.Номер прекрасный на третьем этаже с видом на море и горы.Номер чистый и уютный.Постельное новое.Кормили хорошо два три вида мясных блюд, ,сыров, оливок не считая запеканок, овощи, , фрукты- арбузы,
,дыни, яблоки.Вечером всегда запечённое мясо на гриле.Очень приятная и отзывчивая работник зала Севин.Посовеиует, объяснит.Повар -молодчина.Море -рядом пять минут ходьбы, пляж бесплатный, песок и немного мелкая галька..Чистый бассейн, мелкий для малышей и взрослый..Нам понравилось.Рядом остановки, можно поехать посмотреть город.Вернемся ещё.

We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone expecting a genuine all-inclusive holiday.

This hotel falls well short of what anyone would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive resort.

The food was by far the biggest disappointment. Dinner consisted of just one protein option each evening, with very limited choice overall, and the quality and taste were poor. There were no desserts whatsoever, only fruit, which is simply unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel.

Meal times were also extremely restrictive. Lunch was only available for a single hour, between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm. Despite being granted a late check-out, we were refused lunch because the official check-out time was 12:00 pm. If you’re allowing guests to stay longer, refusing them lunch on a technicality is poor customer service and completely undermines the purpose of an all-inclusive package.

The facilities were equally underwhelming. There is no lift anywhere on the property, which is inconvenient for anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues, and the swimming pool is much smaller than the photos suggest.

Overall, this hotel does not deliver the all-inclusive experience it advertises. The food, facilities and service were all below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine all-inclusive holiday.

Disaster.
Pros:

Nothing. I switched to another hotel after staying for one night.

Cons:

Dirty, staff extremely unhelpful. I had to switch to another hotel in the middle of my trip. I don’t recommend staying here at all

Pros:

Very good staff, people were really lovely and helpful ! Location near the beach, they have a partnership with private beach so you can have umbrella and sunbed. Room were big enough and they were coming everyday for cleaning. I really recommend the hotel 😉
