Excellent hotel with great facilities, comfortable rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, well organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Maryam at the reception for her professionalism and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

أنا من رواد فنادق لانكستر بكل فروعها، وقد أقمت في أكثر من فرع، وفي كل مرة أجد نفس المستوى الراقي من الجودة والاهتمام. أكثر ما يميز لانكستر بالنسبة لي هو النظافة العالية، واحترافية طاقم العمل، وراحة الغرف، والمواقع المميزة للفنادق.

وأتقدم بشكر خاص إلى الست لارا، مسؤولة الاستقبال، على حسن الضيافة والاستقبال المميز، وابتسامتها الدائمة، ورقي تعاملها، وحرصها على راحة الضيوف. لقد كان تعاملها انعكاسًا حقيقيًا لجودة الخدمة التي يتميز بها فندق لانكستر.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was spacious, and the overall experience was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Confirmed booking but the hotel denied my stay upon arrival.
Pros:

Nothing. I could not stay at the property because the hotel said there was no reservation under my name despite having a confirmed booking.

Cons:

The hotel refused my stay even though my booking was confirmed and paid through Booking.com. When I arrived, they told me there was no reservation. This caused serious inconvenience and stress.
