Bad customer service and lack of info

Covered car park, EV chargers. Cool weather

Cons:

Terrible communication about where the hotel was. Noticed put up was inaccurate and outdated. Multiple levels to move from one place to another. Trying to find the hotel reception to check in was like a treasure hunt with no clues. Bteakfast food was cold and very limited. Information was hard to come by. There was no coordination among the staff

Disappointed and worst hotel I stay in Genting, not recommended to any tourist
Pros:

Some facilities looks like abandoned, dirty, old, and broken.

Cons:

Dirty, not convenient! Stuff and management not so friendly, until I make the complaint to the duty manager only solve the problem. Floor is dirty also, 2 times for cleaning when I get the room. Furniture like old and noisy

The stay

Cons:

Location of block quite confusion. For my room from parking you hv to go to lvl 7 then travel right side to block 3 to ground floor then walk to block 4. Some block have dedicated hotel or residence adding to the confusion
