Muy buena la atencion del personal en general, de la recepcion y area gastronomica. EL area de servicios muy completa. Hermosa la laguna con pescados. Genial la cancha de futbol. Piscina y Gym excelente. me falto un masaje

Comfortable and clean.
The room was spacious

Cons:

Food from the buffet specially the meat was not good - lunch and dinner.
My room was facing the main road and was very noisy because of the trucks circulating early in the morning

Clean and well located

Cons:

Breakfast very poor. For the value paid we would expect a better buffet, the coffe was cold, i request milk to make chocolate and there was not, there was no fresh bread, only 2 types of fruit, only one type of fresh juice.

Meilleur hôtel de Coca, sécurité maximale, idéal avant ou après expédition jungle
Pros:

Très belles installations, piscine dans un joli petit parc avec des bassins et poissons. Chambre très confortable. Standing hôtel 4**** européen. Très bon petit déjeuner buffet. Restaurant buffet intéressant avec salons de détente et terrasses très agréables. Établissement extrêmement sécurisé, navette aéroport gratuite. Séjour idéal au retour de plusieurs jours passés en Amazonie.
A noter, je vous recommande le guide Fernando Sifuentes pour vos excursions en Amazonie. C'est un guide professionnel de haut niveau qui est passionné par son métier, pas d'équivalent de guide comme lui à Coco et Nuevo Rocafuerte.

Recht schöne Poolanlage . Sauberkeit im Zimmer

Cons:

Es ist alles sehr klinisch. Die Ausstattung ( alles mit hellen Fliesen ) ist ohne Liebe zum Detail.
Personal ist mit Englisch überfordert.
Das Frühstück reicht zum satt werden.
