Quiet, pleasent, would book again if the price remains competitive.
Pros:

Great price for the location, plenty of parking, no noisy guests, fan in the room, complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

On entry, Carpark ground was very rough to drive over with plenty of dips and cracks. However it did look like there were refurbishments being planned.

The shower head was detached from the wall. Would’ve been nice to have a flexible shower head instead of a fixed in place one. Made it awkward to shower lower half of my body.

Due to current hot weather, no aircon in this room, but perhaps this is due to the type of room? But there was a fan provided.

It would have been a fairly good stay but the croissant spoilt it for me.
Pros:

The room and the bed.

Cons:

There was no air conditioner. The croissant for breakfast was not fresh though it was advertised as freshly baked. It was over processed in the microwave and became too hard once it cools down.

Pros:

The location is good for my needs.
The option of breakfast.

Cons:

I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the past 6 mths and have found the quality of the rooms acceptable for the price.
However on this occasion my room on the second floor was very tired, cracks in the wall, required painting and the ceiling tiles looked dirty and as if they would fall down.
The price charged had increased the day before staying and i do not feel it reflected the state of the room.

Pros:

A very good value hotel which exceeded our expectations. The night receptionist was very helpful and friendly. There was plenty of parking and a cooked breakfast included. A recommended stay.

We will be booking again.

Cons:

The breakfast manager was unfriendly. She argued when a meat breakfast was given instead of a vegetarian breakfast. We were not given an option to add items which we would happily have paid for. But that being said the breakfast was great value for money and tasty.

Good convenient location, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Pros:
