Did not stay for breakfast
Very convenient for us to travel to Dover Ferry Port. Staff polite and helpful.
The rooms were a little tired but clean enough.

My partner and I and our little dog Pearl had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Extremely good value at a sensible price. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpfu, Steph and Natalie on reception. Housekeeping ladies were so lovely and helpful too, rooms are big and so are the bathrooms, great shower too. The hotel is smart clean and has a lovely kind of tropical feel to its layout. Love all the fish tanks and Koy Carp outside in one courtyard very nice and tranquil. Also another courtyard with a pond and water feature, very refreshing change in a hotel. A lift which is a huge bonus, onsite free parking, pet friendly. Resstaurant and bar, vending machines, and three or more function rooms. Breakfast was very nice, with having our dog with us we had a table in the bar area. Very pleasant and the ladies served us there and were all very helpful. Thank you all .
We will definitely be staying again.

The only not very nice thing was the two courtyards and by the hotel entrance say no smoking. However every table has an ashtray on it so for non smokers is is very unfair. It should be a certain part or area making it fair for all. The smell was too much at times spoiling it for us.

My kids loved the fish everywhere. Nice and quiet. Comfy. Staff at front desk were always helpful and friendly.
Not much. Breakfast was a bit chaotic the final day. Plenty of floor staff but took a very long time to get someone to take our order and a long time for food to come out.
The toilet roll is awful
