The rooms were amazing, and the reception and staff were fantastic throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.
The facilities were exceptional, and there were also some great restaurant options just a short walk away. I believe there were around four waterfront restaurants nearby, which made the location even better.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the hotel, the service, facilities, and dining options. I would definitely stay here again!

L'hôtel est évidemment correct et plutôt bien placé, en face de la mer, bien qu'assez éloigné de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik.
L'hôtel est extrêmement cher, comme Dubrovnik de manière générale avec des restaurants hors de prix, et reste une usine à touristes avec des services peu individualisés. La demande de deux lits simples n'a finalement pas été honorée sans que nous soyons prévenus. Notre chambre, proche des machines à laver le linge, était bruyante et le check-out est à 11h00, de manière non négociable.

The resort of several "Royal" hotels has a quality polished feel, and it's great being able to use all of the facilities. Large, comfortable room well equipped as expected at this price point. Breakfast was very nice, part buffet with service (full English was good). Seafront location is lovely, with terraced pools, restaurants and sun loungers.
Arriving, we took the direct number 7 bus from the Ferry port, but Uber would be only 7mins. Bus stop is 50m from reception, with (very hot 25min) direct service to the old town. Leaving, we had pre-booked via the hotel a car transfer to the airport which was very professional and comfortable.
Staff were great including advance comms on WhatsApp. Concierge was very helpful recommending an excellent restaurant (Port 22) for our evening in town.
Having checked out at 11, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and use the facilities until our transfer later that afternoon. Food (e.g. club and chicken sandwiches) in the resort is well priced and great quality.
We stayed in a "Deluxe Family Room" consisting of 2 double beds - our family of 2 + 2 teens isn't unusual, so having the teens share a bed is not ideal at their age. Offering single beds would save so much trouble.
The rooms could do with a few (working) USB ports - so many gadgets in the family.

La restauration : Une offre globale variée et abondante. Mention très spéciale au restaurant Grill (le meilleur du complexe), qui propose une carte, des produits et un service d'une qualité irréprochable.
La chambre : Confortable et globalement conforme aux standards attendus pour cette gamme.
L'entretien des espaces piscines : L'hygiène laisse à désirer, notamment à cause d'un débarrassage négligé (les verres et assiettes sales s'accumulent autour des transats).
Le personnel : Une attitude qui nous a semblé globalement nonchalante, avec un manque de réactivité et d'attention face aux besoins de la clientèle.
Les détails en chambre : L'absence d'une bouteille d'eau fraîche mise à disposition et renouvelée chaque jour, ce qui est très regrettable à ce niveau de prix.
Le rapport standing/prestation : Bien que le séjour fut agréable grâce au cadre, l'accumulation de ces petits manquements nous amène à douter que l'établissement mérite aujourd'hui pleinement ses 5 étoiles.

Spotlessly clean, staff work above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic holiday, particularly Petra at breakfast every morning who was so lovely, a real asset to the hotel.
The hotel is in a fabulous position, the views especially the sunsets are breathtaking.
Just a tiny niggle I struggled getting out of the bath after a shower , quite high for a short person made me slightly nervous stepping onto the shower mat on a slippy floor.
L’hôtel a une situation le long d’une promenade magnifique bordée de petites criques tout le long. Les chambres avec vue sur la mer sont exceptionnelles, la baie vitrée permet de jouir d’une vue de rêve, il faut absolument prendre ce type de chambre , évitez les vues sur les jardins c’est game changer.Pour le reste tout est au niveau d’un 5*
