Perfect all round hotel , will definitely visit again.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, staff work above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic holiday, particularly Petra at breakfast every morning who was so lovely, a real asset to the hotel.
The hotel is in a fabulous position, the views especially the sunsets are breathtaking.

Cons:

Just a tiny niggle I struggled getting out of the bath after a shower , quite high for a short person made me slightly nervous stepping onto the shower mat on a slippy floor.

Pros:

L’hôtel a une situation le long d’une promenade magnifique bordée de petites criques tout le long. Les chambres avec vue sur la mer sont exceptionnelles, la baie vitrée permet de jouir d’une vue de rêve, il faut absolument prendre ce type de chambre , évitez les vues sur les jardins c’est game changer.Pour le reste tout est au niveau d’un 5*

Il y a toujours de petites imperfections mais rien qui puissent faire évoluer mon avis positif

Una estancia maravillosa en un lugar con unas vistas e instalaciones espectaculares
Pros:

La ubicación fuera de la ciudad, pero a 15 minutos de bus o 10 de taxi. Las vistas, la habitación, la cama, la ropa de cama, los jabones, el desayuno, la playa privada, las piscinas, la comida y las instalaciones en general son maravillosas. El personal es muy atento y agradable también. Todo impecable.

Cons:

Al llegar no había nadie en recepción y había un cartel “vuelvo en 15 minutos”. No creo que sea adecuado para un hotel de esta categoría dejar una recepción inatendida. Seguro que se puede gestionar de otro modo si alguien se tiene que ausentar. Muy amablemente nos atendió una persona que no parecía que fuera de esa recepción. En el baño dos bombillas no funcionaban. En la playa/piscinas había mucha gente, difícil conseguir tumbonas. En nuestro caso parece que tuvimos suerte y conseguimos buen sitio. En el parking también parece que es complicado conseguir plaza. A nosotros nos fue todo muy bien y el personal fue muy amable ayudando siempre.

Pros:

Spacious, classy and cool place to stay - we were highly delighted!.

Cons:

The only minor point is the lack of a beach, but the facilities shared amongst the Royal Hotel Group diminishes the miss!.

Our stay was a relaxing holiday with great service from the staff.
Pros:

Property was clean bright & welcoming. The staff were amazing Ivamo & Niko in the pool bar are so friendly, efficient & full of fun. Their service & attention to details is outstanding

Cons:

The sunbeds are hard & sore on the back & the beach is not a beach it’s cement at the sea.
