Super Aussicht und grosse Zimmer

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte nicht viel Auswahl
Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel zu wenig
Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber, ganz viele Flecken am Boden und Balkon oben im Ecke grosse Flecken

Pros:

The air conditioning in both rooms was malfunctioning ,water was spilling from the showers and bathtubs onto the floors. Despite this inconvenience, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The location was great, and the views were amazing. A beautiful sunset was a significant bonus.

Pleasant Home Base
Pros:

Great location, easy to get to downtown and anywhere else. Very pretty marble and glass interior. The rooftop pool is beautiful, we didn’t visit any of the others but it’s great to have so many pool options onsite.

Cons:

This is a hotel that photographs as expensive but is really more of a Holiday Inn- the small things that make a property actually high end were missing (quality food onsite, nice sheets and pillows, etc). The carpet on our room had lots of stains, there were only two pillows on each bed total, and the hairdryer in the room was one of those cheap foldable travel ones. The one restaurant we tried was fine, but left us with little desire to try the others. In short, this place is fine as long as you calibrate your expectations.

We were able to see the most beautiful sunset from our room.
Pros:

Amazing view of sunset every night. Room was big and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of options. We love how quiet the hotel was. Easy access to old town. Nearest bus stop was a few minute walk from the hotel. Staff at the hotel and restaurants were very polite and well trained.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved everything.

My stay was nice. The accommodation was good
Pros:

The property was well kept and clean. Enough staff to accommodate the amount of people.

Cons:

The front desk reception at Royal Blue. She was not helpful or informative when checking in. No night turn down , extra towels or water provided for the room. The pictures showed two sinks in the deluxe suite and it was not available.

It was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip to Croatia
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel was located by the local bus stop so it was easy to get to the old city. It had a wide selection of breakfast items. Would stay there again.

Cons:

It was kind of hard to find the lobby of the hotel from the street. Need better signs

Fabulous, would stay here a 3rd time
Pros:

We had a fabulous stay. This was our second visit to Dubrovnik and we booked the same hotel as it was absolutely amazing. The rooms, the views, the service, the staff. We got married during our second visit and the staff were extremely supportive and kind as we were quite stressed the days leading up to the wedding. They gave us a fabulous room and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The manager was such an incredible person! Just wow!

A special shout to Valentina and Petra who work so hard at breaking every morning. Always smiling and warm and friendly to the guest! Brilliant people skill and a credit to the hotel royal blue!
