Stilvolles Four Season in guter Lage.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer mit Badewanne.
Toller Spa-Bereich mit 2 Pools.

Cons:

Etwas unübersichtliche und schlecht erklärte Speisekarte im Restaurant.
Auch das Personal klärte uns nicht richtig auf.

An unforgettable 10/10 stay.
Pros:

Everything about my stay was exceptional. It was my first time staying at the Four Seasons and I was celebrating my birthday, so I was absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to an Executive Room. It was such a thoughtful and exciting surprise, and the room was beautiful, spacious, luxurious and immaculately clean.

The service was genuinely the best I have ever experienced. Every member of staff I encountered, from the beginning of my stay until the moment I left, was incredibly kind, warm, attentive and personable. I felt genuinely welcomed, valued and celebrated throughout my stay.

The attention to detail, cleanliness, hospitality and consistency across every department were outstanding. It was a flawless 10/10 experience and one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life. I will definitely return.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room and cleanliness to the exceptional service and kindness of the staff. It was a flawless experience from beginning to end.

Our stay at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm and genuinely helpful. No matter the request, someone was always ready to assist with professionalism and a smile.

One thing we especially appreciated was the communication. The hotel chat was always active and responsive, so we could receive real-time information whenever we needed anything. It made everything feel effortless and extremely well organized.

The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. Every area of the hotel felt perfectly maintained and cared for, and the attention to detail was obvious throughout our stay.

Before our arrival, we were contacted regarding any special requests. We did not have anything extraordinary to ask for — we only mentioned that it was my sister’s birthday and that it would be lovely if this could somehow be noted. The team went out of their way to prepare a thoughtful little surprise for her, which made the experience feel even more personal and memorable.

The bed was honestly amazing and we slept incredibly well every night. The overall comfort of the room, combined with the calm atmosphere of the hotel, made it very easy to truly relax.

Another detail we appreciated was how proactive the communication was. One morning there was a scheduled fire alarm drill, and the hotel informed guests the evening before so there would be no unnecessary panic or confusion. It is small details like this that show how professionally everything is managed.

Our vacation was perfect anyway because London is one of those cities that always recharges us emotionally, but Four Seasons definitely played a major role in making this trip feel so special. We would absolutely return and recommend this hotel without hesitation.
