Não cheguei a me hospedar no hotel. O quarto que onde fui acomodado era virado para obra com bate estacas em plena operação, mesmo eu tendo informado que pretendia um quarto silencioso. Ao solicitar troca do quarto a recepção informou que teria de verificar a disponibilidade de quartos. Até que horário eu teria de esperar? Não soube informar. Cancelei a estadia, pedi reembolso do valor pago, no que fui prontamente atendido, e fui para outro hotel.

Tivemos uma experiência muito ruim durante a noite. Haviam pessoas hospedadas no mesmo andar que nos impossibilitou de dormir bem. Primeiro, o odor de cigarro no corredor e inclusive no nosso banheiro era extremamente forte. E durante a noite, um homem ficou no corredor gritando e brigando por vários momentos (após as 00:00, no andar 12º). Foi uma situação muito desconfortável. Ele estava ameaçando de morte, gritando, brigando durante muito tempo. Sei que isso não depende muito do hotel em si, mas acredito que poderia ter sido visto nas câmeras que havia alguém no corredor durante a madrugada por período prolongado, e ser avisado que ele não poderia permanecer ali.
Gostamos da estrutura do hotel e da localização, mas não tivemos uma estadia agradável em função disso. Não dormi praticamente nada após a situação.
