This is a quaint hotel in a quiet area but close enough to the main tourist attractions and the riverside. Clean and quiet. Thank you!
This place was great. Rooms were set up well, clean, maintianed daily and there was a reagaurant and coffee shop on the ground floor. Easy access to multiple ATMs, restaurants etc, all within walking distance, but far enough away to be out of the busy areas.
The hotel was lovely and we rrally liked our room ( we upgraded to a suite). The staff in the hotel were friendly.
The pool area was good and was quiet each time we went up. The pool itself would benefit drom being fitered every day.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
Overall excellent and enjoyable place to stay.Ease of commute from Airport and various important building of the Government are nearby,so you can complete your work very easily without long distance commute.Also restaurants which are important to me were easily accessible from this place.

The Staff is very eager to please and very helpful, the free breakfast in the restaurant was awesome, buffet, asian, and Western, also à la carte options, the room was great, loved the rainfall shower. liked it so much I booked it on my return from Siem Reap
Staff was very polite and the hotel was very clean.
The staff and especially miss Siteang was extremely friendly and helpfull.
That hotel gives you a home feeling nice interior, beautiful room arrangements and on top a nice swimming pool.
Unfortunately my stay was only two days to visit friends.

Good
This property has a beautiful Cambodian flair. Although most of the staff do not speak much English, they still are very helpful. The café downstairs makes delicious coffee and offers baked goods. There’s a restaurant on site with delicious food. The rooftop pool is wonderful. For being right in the middle of a busy roadway, the hotel is very quiet. It is a couple of kilometers to the Riverwalk, and easy enough to get a tuk tuk ride for $1.25 through the Grab app or Pass app.
Hotel is conveniently located, accessible for tours, walkable to good restaurants (including on site), and transportation is always available. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Our second time staying there. We love it. Especially the help of Dom. Whatever we needed he made sure we get it.
Checking in the second time was fast but the room wasn’t ready yet, so we had to wait. They said it will be done in 10 minutes. We waited for about 30.
After receiving they key to the room we made our way up, ready to refresh ourselves ( we had a long day traveling from Battambang back to Phnom Penh)
So as we got to our room opened the door and room was a mess. It wasn’t done. March my way back home and to the receptionist. She apologized and got on the walker right away, we said that it was ok, that we’ll grab some food at the restaurant while we wait again. She keep apologizing.
As we sat down eating another person a trainee came to us and gave us our room key.
That was only downfall we had staying there.
As for the food… We’re do I begin. Ughh it was delicious. Dom worked at the restaurant durning the day/ lunch then bar upstairs at the pool. He is such a hardworking guy. Who truly cares for the guest.
The room was a good size and room lightly cleaned and bed made every day. The pool area was a welcome addition although can only accommodate a small amount if guests. The location was fine, reasonably close to several nice rooftop bars for evening entertainment.
The workers are very kind and welcoming.
