Property was great. Good location, beachfront, clean.
At breakfast orders were either wrong or forgotten. Was frustrating. One meal at lunch (we ordered 4 dishes) was inedible. So so bad.
The staff made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay.

So much rubbish on the beach this needs to be cleaned up.
Staff seemed inexperienced with accounts and didnt like the system in place where you had to load pre paid money onto card in order to charge back to the room. This feels like a lack of trust.
Absolutely loved this hotel and its facilities! The staff is so helpful, kind and welcoming. I got ill on one occasion and they checked on me personally and brought me ginger tea for my stomach, so very thoughtful.
I enjoyed the spa very much both for my facial and massage. The breakfast is absolutely superb, and I loved trying the new local dishes, I would have liked a change in the fresh fruit selection, but the 4 options that were there on a daily were delicious. The pool is phenomenal and super clean. The hotel room is spacious clean and have comfortable beds, they even upgraded me to a family room!
I didn’t like the fact that I could hear the music from the beach club atlas in my room, but luckily it often finished between 11pm - 1am. It’s not your fault but I wasn’t expecting the base in my room.
Het ontbijt was geweldig. Veel keuze voor elk soort ontbijt en heel lekker.
Op vrijdagen is er een BBQ met een klein buffet. Dat kostte €23 per persoon. Belachelijk duur voor de weinige keuze bij die BBQ en zeker als je bedenkt dat je in de nabije omgeving ook geweldig kunt eten voor €5 per persoon.
In de avond -en het wordt op Bali vroeg donker- zijn er vlakbij het hotel veel honden die je volgen en naar je blaffen en soms ook volgen.

The property is beautiful! Green, clean and luxurious! We loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms and the pool! It was really close to atlas and Finns which was a big plus so we could just walk over! The service is great, I had asked for room decor and coordinated to get a vegan cake and they delivered beautifully and were very accommodating with our requests as well!
The ac in the room was unfortunately leaking and it could be potentially dangerous if Simone misses out on see the puddle on the floor and slips! But the staff was very prompt to fix and sweet enough to apologize multiple times and leave us a basket of fruits as an apology as well!
A very good and quiet place in the heart of Canggu, with attentive staff and excellent service. We were even given a free room upgrade on arrival. The breakfast is very good, and the staff will try to accommodate any request - for example, arranging a shuttle to the airport. They also stored our suitcases while we flew to another island for a few days. The rooms are very nice, incredibly large, and have a good view. One caveat: the nearby beach isn't particularly nice; it's more of a surf-and-sunset spot.

The main downside was the loud music coming from nearby venues, Finns and Atlas.The noise continued late into the night and was loud enough to wake me up while sleeping. If you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep early, this may not be the right place for you.
