Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der einen direkt einmal durch Canggu bringt.

Die Musik des Nachbarclubs ist bis 12:00 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Leider hört man diese auch noch im Zimmer sehr deutlich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, fast etwas zu aufdringlich freundlich.
Very good hotel, 5 stars quality. I stayed as a family of 4 in a family suite. The room was on 5th floor with nice view. I really appreciated the Coffee machine and every day water supply. Kids enjoyed their big beds. The bathroom downstairs was amazing. Bath salt and cosmetics in the room smell so nice!
Breakfast was very tasty. Staff super friendly. Relaxing atmosphere!! Perfect for our 4 days exploration of this part of Island.
The only small flaws that we saw: small amount of chairs by the pool, and noise from the nearby beach clubs that we could hear from the upper level of the room and noisy AC that was hard to set on something else than super cold.
The beach is better than in Kuta but still trash around... but thats not for the hotel to manage. The sorrounding area is good for parties and surfing. Nice restaurants. Definitely a turistic area, with little true Balinese vibe places and higher prices compared to other towns so not for everyone!

Breakfast was very tasty and staff were encouraging you to try everything.
We had a family room which was very spacious.
The room could do with some extra closet space or shelves in the closets.
It is very close to Atlas club so you might hear some music but to be expected in any Bali beach locations

Property was great. Good location, beachfront, clean.
At breakfast orders were either wrong or forgotten. Was frustrating. One meal at lunch (we ordered 4 dishes) was inedible. So so bad.

So much rubbish on the beach this needs to be cleaned up.
Staff seemed inexperienced with accounts and didnt like the system in place where you had to load pre paid money onto card in order to charge back to the room. This feels like a lack of trust.
Absolutely loved this hotel and its facilities! The staff is so helpful, kind and welcoming. I got ill on one occasion and they checked on me personally and brought me ginger tea for my stomach, so very thoughtful.
I enjoyed the spa very much both for my facial and massage. The breakfast is absolutely superb, and I loved trying the new local dishes, I would have liked a change in the fresh fruit selection, but the 4 options that were there on a daily were delicious. The pool is phenomenal and super clean. The hotel room is spacious clean and have comfortable beds, they even upgraded me to a family room!
I didn’t like the fact that I could hear the music from the beach club atlas in my room, but luckily it often finished between 11pm - 1am. It’s not your fault but I wasn’t expecting the base in my room.
