Room was of great size, beside the beach and so close to Finns Beach club

The property is beautiful! Green, clean and luxurious! We loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms and the pool! It was really close to atlas and Finns which was a big plus so we could just walk over! The service is great, I had asked for room decor and coordinated to get a vegan cake and they delivered beautifully and were very accommodating with our requests as well!
The ac in the room was unfortunately leaking and it could be potentially dangerous if Simone misses out on see the puddle on the floor and slips! But the staff was very prompt to fix and sweet enough to apologize multiple times and leave us a basket of fruits as an apology as well!
A very good and quiet place in the heart of Canggu, with attentive staff and excellent service. We were even given a free room upgrade on arrival. The breakfast is very good, and the staff will try to accommodate any request - for example, arranging a shuttle to the airport. They also stored our suitcases while we flew to another island for a few days. The rooms are very nice, incredibly large, and have a good view. One caveat: the nearby beach isn't particularly nice; it's more of a surf-and-sunset spot.
Fantastic sea view, great location, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
The main downside was the loud music coming from nearby venues, Finns and Atlas.The noise continued late into the night and was loud enough to wake me up while sleeping. If you are a light sleeper or prefer to sleep early, this may not be the right place for you.

Everything was perfect and satisfactory
Everything is great, warm welcome from the staffs from entering the hotel n all the way to my room. Room is exactly the same as the pic, everything is well maintained, I love the bathroom, bath salt is provided. The hotel has a bridge connected to the beach which make easy to access all the restaurants in the area (it takes 30mins if u take a Grab, traffic in Bali is terrible!) But the bridge closes at 8pm and need to walk 15-20mins back to the hotel along the dark n narrow street
Breakfast is disappointing in term of variety n taste …and the gym room is under maintenance, when I look inside, can only see a treadmill n several dumbbells… hard to describe it as a gym room
Absolutely outstanding crew.
Keep in mind that Atlas ans Finnis beach clubs are in vicinity. You will definitely hear them at night when outside.

The facitilites were poor, old and rundown. I haven't had a worse breakfast in Bali in the 20+ years travelling. The pool areas is just inadequate, with a total of 5 sunbeds available near the pool. There is a deck around a corner with more, but why?
