Die Lage war TOP
Personal sehr freundlich.
schnelles wifi

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr dunkel, dafür kann man aber gut schlafen.

Vor dem Buchen, würde ich mich Informieren, ob es aktuell eine Baustelle gibt. In Da Nang kann es durch die Bauarbeiten sehr laut werden.

Cons:

Заселились в отель ,номер не соответствовал описанию и фотографии,за стеной доносился звук перфоратора!в отеле один лифт, когда заселялись он не работал, что очень насторожило! Предложили поменять номер на 8 этаже , номер оказался получше но учитывая ситуацию с лифтом. На ресепшене взяли плату за 1 сутки проживания и попросили удалить бронь на букинге. В итоги заселились в другой отель

the disaster
Cons:

the rooms wasnt clean and the air conditioner didnt work at all ,the window was blocked so we couldn't even open it it was very hot there even at night the elevator takes so much time to get. in the morning about 8 am the construction starts so you cant even sleep in peace because it feels like the construction is on you. next to the entrance there is a brothel so every time you try to enter the hotel a guy comes to you and asks if you want "boom boom"

海まで3分くらい

Cons:

エアコンメンテナンスでエレベーターが利用出来ず階段8階まで昇る。
シャワーの蛇口が壊れてた。
テーブルに置いてあったドリンクカップ（キレイに洗ってある）無くなっていた。ゴミ箱に入れて無いのに、勝手に捨てないで欲しかった。
