A very comfortable and pleasant stay in an excellent location, in a lovely city.
Pros:

Size of room, super comfy bed. cleanliness, variety of food for breakfast, helpful and pleasant front of house staff.

Cons:

Probably prefer a walk in shower to shower over bath, even though the shower worked well.

Location was good. Bed was comfy. Clean sheets.

Cons:

We paid for valet but the valet couldn’t drive a manual so my partner had to park our car every time and it just wasn’t the experience we were paying for. We had to carry our things from the parking garage up to the room instead of dropping off at the front lobby and someone parking our care like everyone else who did valet. The front desk lady was not helpful with the valet situation. She stated that we still needed to pay full price since we were using the parking lot. I disagree we should’ve received a discount. Additionally, the AC was not great and it was often too warm in our room.

Pros:

Very good location next to the Grand Casino Arena. Great places to eat well within walking distance.

Cons:

Valet parking was quite expensive, so we opted to use a nearby paid parking lot.

The valet parking backed my car into a sign and flattened the sign and we got a free night of parking for it only.

Pros:

The hotel and staff were so nice!! A big thing was we forgot my daughter’s favorite blanket at the hotel. We lived too far away to go get it and they are mailing it to our house! They are amazing!!

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, ballet guys were so nice and helpful caring our bags. Also could make room really dark which is helpful when trying to sleep in😴
