Perfect for a night before our cruise
Pros:

The room set up was perfect for us and breakfast was great! The shuttle service from the airport was very nice as well.

Cons:

There were not enough towels in the room for the number of guests booked and we couldn’t find an ice machine staying on the first floor.

DECENT STAY. I DIDN'T SHUTTLE BACK FROM THE AIRPORT AFTER RENTAL CAR I WALKED - DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT.
Pros:

STAFF VERY FRIENDLY. GAVE GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS FOR BEACHES AND CLOSE BY DINNER/LUNCH.
BREAKFAST HAD VERY GOOD HOURS. ENJOYED THE POOL AREA W/ THE MUSIC. WAS OFFERED CLEANING SERVIES BY A MAID ALTHOUH NOT REQUESTED. I TIPED HER BUT WE DIDN'T NEED THE SERVICE SENSE WE HAD JUST CHANGED ROOMS. LIKED THAT COFFEE & TEA WAS AVAILABLE 24 HRS. ALSO APPRECIATED THAT A KEY WAS NEEDED FOR THE ELEVATOR HELPED FEEL SAFE.

Cons:

ROOM 415 GAVE MY MOTHER AND I HEADACHES IT HAD A VERY STRONG SMELL. STAFF CHECKED IT OUT AND SAID MOLD / HUMIDY WHICH WAS CONCERNING... WE WERE ABLE TO CHANGE ROOMS IN 20 MINS WHICH WAS A PAIN AFTER A 3 NIGHT STAY BUT WE DID IT AND THE NEXT ROOM 616 WAS MUCH BETTER AND WE LOST THE HEADACHES WITHIN A CPL HRS. THE SHREDDED CHEESE AT BREAKFAST WAS OLD AND TASTES DISGUSTING.

It doesn’t take much to be nice..
Pros:

Close to airport for later arrival after travelling 23 hours

Cons:

The check in lady, was so unhelpful, my son had just travelled from NZ and she said she couldn’t find his booking as the system was down and she was so unhelpful.. we had to redo another booking costing us more money..

it sucked. I expected more from Hampton
Cons:

paid for 2 rooms only got on trivago only got one. 2nd person had to pay full price. A,./C leaked floor was soaked from window to bed by morning it was under the bed.
