It was a well equipped unit with a king bed, large bathroom with a walkin shower, laundry in unit, full kitchen, and close to everything in the romantic zone with a small rooftop pool. The living room area was tiny with a small TV and worn sofa that was probably a sleeper. The area has many hills with few sidewalks and would be prohibitive for anyone needing accessibility accommodations.

Very pleased with our stay. The room was clean, upgraded (remodeled) and the hotel was safe. It’s fairly close to the beach and main street for eating. It’s up a hill, on cobble street, so be ready for that.

Property was close to the beach had a great roof top with the pool. Very nicely designed and had everything you need inside the suite.

We normally stay at a full service resort, and tried this option this visit. It was great. Smaller, quieter and more flexible for a longer stay. The rooftop made you feel you had a private pool and BBQ area all to yourself. Would definitely recommend. The only downside was not having full service. Would definitely recommend.

Location, the actual condo, washer, dryer and iron with iron board, having a decent size kitchen, decent cleanliness.

Great location, very near the beachfront and great restaurants but not in the middle of the action so relatively quiet-er.
Room was rather cramped if more than 2 pax are staying, and some features could be better (bed was rather too firm and hard, pillows too soft and hollow). WIFI in my room wasn't activated/working during my entire 6 days stay, though they tried to have it fixed but on a day that I had a scheduled tour - so was just asked to connect to adjacent room's WIFI. Streaming/Netflix WASN'T AVAILABLE during 6 days and was told that the TV in my room wasnt compatible, so was forced to spend as much time outside the room since you couldn't do much inside without streaming service/netflix.
For the nightly price they charge, room cleaning should have already been included and issues resolved timely and appropriately.

Super clean and even partial view rooms have great views. Rooftop pool overlooking the ocean was a plus

We absolutely loved our stay here! The space was so comfortable and roomy. Everything looks brand new. The patio and ocean view from the room was a treat. We loved the location - right in Zona Romantica but just a block or two away where it was quiet. It’s also just a block over from the southern end of Los Muertos beach. We would highly recommend!

Overall a great stay. The only issue was they don't do daily housekeeping and if want the room serviced you have to pay. I set it up for the second day and expected it to be charged to my room. When i came back they demanded a cash payment which luckily had on me. They should be clear you must pay cash at the time of service not ambush me in the lobby.
