Beautiful Stay for a Convenient Getaway
Pros:

The best overall thing about this hotel is the staff, without question. Next is the hotel itself, conveniently located, comfortable rooms, and a fabulous breakfast. I stayed there one month to work on a book project and this hotel made it easy to rest, be comfortable, relax, and become inspired with renewed creativity to write.

Cons:

Check out es a la 1 y no eran la 1 cuando ya nos estaban pidiendo la habitación ser un poco más flexibles en ese tema por lo menos dar 30 minutos más en la habitación lo digo porque llegue a hacer el check in a la 5 por lo menos que tuvieran un poco más de fleco Lilis se en ese tema

En la cocina hacen mucho ruido desde muy am y por la ubicación de algunas habitaciones se escucha todo , de tal forma que en mi caso no pude descansar mucho por todo el ruido que hacen desde la cocina

El lugar es muy tranquilo, muy bien ubicado hay muy buenos restaurantes, farmacias y cerca. El desayuno es muy bueno y la atención del personal fue buena, fueron muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

La habitación 208 le falla en ocasiones el calentador de agua del baño y el tv solo tenia decodificador, no era smart tv entonces limitaba un poco la experiencia de ver algún contenido de entretenimiento, del resto todo muy bien

This was our second visit. We love the location and the value for money. The staff is friendly.

Cons:

This time we were very disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Hair on the floor in the bathroom and in bed, between the bedsheets. In the morning the water in the shower was cold.

Dentro del lugar más seguro, cerca de bares y centros de diversión de buena reputación, el precio super bueno, al frente de un gym (entrada gratuita), buen desayuno buffet, con ascensor... super cómodo

Great location, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff

Cons:

I was given a room with an interior window. It was very noisy, you could hear people from other rooms and staff talking really loudly.
