Pretty small hotel with very nice staff - you will like it
Pros:

This is a super cute hotel, we had a junior suite with ocean view and balcony and really loved it. If you come pay that little extra for the sea view - it is amazing and you love to sit outside. The pool is not big, but really super pretty and clean and it was fun hanging out in it and look outside.
they also have an every day breakfast and the staff is super nice. What we also liked is the quiet area - we stayed before in the Hotel Zone in Tulum and where this is still relaxed compared to Cancun it is still busy and noisy. We loved it better here. So if you have a car - it is perfect to come here. Especially considering that you pay less than when you are in the hotel zone. By the way it took us less time to drive to the supermarket in Tulum from here than from the hotel zone.
They have a restaurant on site and very close by is another super cute restaurant yummy and not that pricy (not like Tulum hotel zone and you sit right at the water)

Cons:

we were here during Sea weed season, so we couldn't go into the water, but they did clean up the sea weed on the shore line, so we could still sit outside and enjoy.

Magnifique hôtel, chambres très grandes et très confortables avec balcon sur la mer.

Cons:

Tulum est frappée de plein fouet par le sargasse, de sorte que la plage est en fait impraticable. L'odeur est forte et désagréable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel laisse à désirer également.
