The hotel is not a luxury hotel. It's location, cleanliness and staff make it one of the best in the for the price.. The one thing missing us chairs and small table on the balconies.

In zentraler Lage, trotzdem ruhig

Cons:

Wir sind schon viel Jahre in dem Hotel, und dieses Mal wollten sie einen Aufschlag von 300 Bath pro Tag für das Kind! Das. War noch nie! Was sie als Schlafsofa bezeichneten, war gerade mal 1 m lang! Den Aufpreis sei erst seit dieses Jahr ab 7 Jahre.
Dies war wohl mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, da der Preis auch nicht gerade gering ohne 300 Bath war.

big room, balcony, sofa, kettle, fridge, sink
ok bathroom with shower
cleaning service excellent
wifi 1st class
drawback no food though plenty about and view from balcony of brick wall no problem to me
parking good
on cul-de-sac so no traffic no noise from bars
has a lift and a nice swimming pool on roof with great views of Pattaya
enjoyed so much booked another month in October

Pros:

ひとり旅で3泊しました。総じて言うとコスパと立地，静けさは最高でした。食事，クリーニング，繁華街も不便ありません。
ただ，環境への配慮で，鍵をフロントに預けるため，出掛けている時に空調が入らず，帰室時に非常に暑かったです。暑いパタヤのホテルなので，ここを改善してくれると言う事無しです。
