Sadržaji za decu su odlični. Mnogo zelenila, sve je uredno.

Cons:

Nije mi se dopalo to što mi hotel nije odgovorio na poruku koju sam poslala preko bookinga o mogućnosti zamene termina.

Beautiful complex, but student dorm feel night experience
Pros:

The complex is really beautiful, clean, with stunning mountains view. Just walking around it is so relaxing.
The staff is really friendly and approachable.
The SPA is nice, pools are very good and clean.
Breakfast was also good and tasty, with a lot of choices.
Rooms are spacious, we had a two room apartment which was around 50sq/m

Cons:

The complex is old 15+ years, the rooms have very basic furniture, mattress is very uncomfortable worse than a student dorm bed, nearly had any sleep. We had an apartment in the downtown and there was this Greek restaurant which was very loud until 2am. Definitely not pleasant when you are on a holiday in a relax complex. Reception staff clearly didn’t help either when we call them at 12am if this it’s normal and to asked the restaurant to lower the music. Also having a staff that speaks only English whiteout any Bulgarian speaking staff is also unacceptable, in Bulgarian people are not required to speak English when going on vacation in Bulgarian hotel. Overall stay was good until we went to our uncomfortable room and didn’t slept because of the mattress and the loud music.

Η τοποθεσια ηταν φανταστικη!Το προσωπικο παραπανω απο φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο!Το φαγητο αψογο.ειχαμε ενα θεματακι με το δωματιο στην αρχη της διαμονης μας και η ρεσεψιον μας το αλλαξε αμεσα.Ειμαστε παραπανω απο ευχαριστημενοι!

Cons:

Θα θελαμε λιγο καλυτερο δωματιο πιο κοντα στο σπα.Περαν αυτου ολα ηταν αψογα

Pros:

Everything was fine, as usual! Nice apartment, friendly personnel, excellent spa and kitchen in the restaurant! Highly recommended for a short rest or stay during the weekend!

Cons:

This time there was a refusal for 1 hour late check out for us, due to new policy of the administration.

I am NEVER going back there unless there are no other options! Just not worth it.
Pros:

The restaurant staff were very helpful and pleasant. The SPA was pretty good. The vibe of the place, the landscaping, the walkways, greenery, view - excellent - would love to see those again. The Country club was one of the highlights - food and vibe wise.

Cons:

Reception staff were quite hard to understand - both in English and Bulgarian - half the time i couldn't understand what they are telling me. They did try to be helpful and were always extremely respectful, I'll give them that. What totally destroyed the experience was the fact that there was a broken lamp on my bedstand that was already broken when i got there and i was still forced to pay 50 EUR for it, despite my explanation that I found it like that! How am I suppose to prove I did not break it? Both the price and the fact itself were ridiculous for such a place.

The room itself was nether terribly clean - not outright dirty, but there were spots on the sheets and the bathroom could be cleaner. What was a total dealbreaker was the mattress - that has got to be one of the worst beds I've ever slept in. My back and neck hurt after only half an hour there - i couldn't wait for the stay to be over so i can go away.

The food in the restaurant had good options, but despite not tasting bad, it wasn't especially good either. Somehow it seemed to look "left overnight" at the moment they brought it out. The country club had a totally different look and taste to the food.

NOT going back EVER, unless someone forces me to go there, unless they make a serious renovation. There is a lot going FOR this place, but for the amount of money I'm paying it's just not worth it with those downsides.

The apartment in which we were accommodated the furniture was old.
The lighting was bad, especially in the bathroom.
However this was according to the price of the room. In the complex there are better optons for a higher price.

Pros:

Единственото хубаво в този хотел вече е природата.
Това е последният път в който го посещаваме след над 8 години редовно ходене там.
Последните 2 години е трагично - всичко е занемарено, храната е потресаваща - еднообразни кебапчета, кюфтета, долнопробни десерти тип нишестени кремове и торти от нискокачествена сметана. В стаите има мравки, липсват завивки, възглавници за диваните където се предполага че ще спят деца. Имаше нокти по пода освен мравките които лазеха до дъщеря ми в леглото.
На 23-24 май в сайта им беше обявена празнична вечеря - нямаше нищо. На 24ти по време на вечерята оставиха една определена етническа група да си пуска през тонколоните на ресторанта чалга.
Детският кът е тотално изпочупен - нито има контрол от страна на персонал, нито има една здрава останала играчка. Отвратително място. Надуваемите замъци навън са винаги кални и никога не се почистват , което ги прави неизползваеми.
Дори персонала е основно от чужденци, което налага безумието гостите на хотела да знаят английски език за да се настанят, поръчат в ресторанта или да поискат съдействие при проблем в стаята. За всички проблеми сме уведомявали управителите своевременно и вече втора година няма промяна. Така че това беше последният път за семейството ми тук.
