Apartments really need repairment - 10 years ago they was great, but not now.

Vores værelse var en del slidt og vi fik kun skiftet håndklæde hver 3 dag. Enkelte personer i reseptionen var meget lidt hjælpSomme. Især en dame som vedholdende påstod at vi havde fået det værelse som vi havde bestilt. Det selvom at på nøglekortet stod på et forkert navn og periode. Efter en del snak fik vi den rigtige lejlighed.

The food was bad, bland tasting and even spoiled. The staff didn't speak bulgarian. The apartment was dirty and during our 3 nights stay I had to ask reception for toilet paper and to throw out the rubbish, because staff did not come to clean or ask if we need anything. The bathroom drain was clogged and the boiler was not working. I asked for extra coffee for the room, which I was happy to pay for, but I never got it. Our stay was supposed to be all inclusive, but I found that the choice we had was very limited when it comes to drinks. The coffee machines available in the restaurants were constantly empty of milk or coffee and the coffee tasted horrible. The juice machines were also empty. On top of everything, to go to the gym we had to pay. Lastly, during a storm, the ceiling was leaking water.

We were staying with our baby and the lift was not working properly, which was a huge inconvenience. The access to the spa is difficult, the lifts are tiny for a stroller and the pools are above 160cm, which made it impossible for me to swim with my baby comfortably. Also, there is no kids pool.

Overall, horrible experience, I will not come back and I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience with the check-in process was disappointing. The staff were not particularly helpful, and we had to wait for approximately 30-40 min. before being checked in.

We were then assigned a room different from the one we had booked and were informed that it was located in one of the privately owned apartments rather than in the main hotel building. The following day, I spoke with the accommodation manager, who kindly assisted us and arranged a different room, although it required an additional payment. This room was also in the private apartment section.

The manager explained that some privately owned apartments are advertised under the hotel's name by their owners, which can lead to misunderstandings during the booking process. I would strongly recommend making this distinction much clearer in the listing to prevent similar confusion for future guests.

Another issue was the noise. There were groups of young people making a lot of noise nearby, and despite choosing what we believed to be a quiet four-star hotel surrounded by nature, we discovered that our accommodation was located close to a nightclub. As a result, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep and fully relax during our stay.

Липсват всякакви консумативи, като веро, сол и т.н.. Студиото не се почиства по време на престоя.

1.Спа центърът е в основния хотелски комплекс. Има съблекални,но за да се стигне от другите части до СПА-то трябва да си носиш необходимите неща за преобличане,което в лятото е може би без значение,но си представям в лошо време или зимата. За мен ,като родител,беше огромен недостатък,че има толкова много басейни-в основния СПА център и между отделните апартаментни крила,но не и детски(плитък) басейн. Стори ми се абсурдно за толкова голям комплекс.Така,моето дете,например, което е по-мъничко,не искаше да седи в големия,защото го е страх, а нямаше възможност да лудува в някой мъничък и да се забавлява.
2. Стаята ни нямаше климатик. Можете да си представите как дори със завеси и [изпочупени] щори ставаше горещо.
3. За 5 звезди храната на закуска определено беше бедна(сравнявайки все пак и с други посетени места) и някои храни бяха от минимум предишната вечер.
4. Нямаше очакваните "дребни" удобства,които съм срещала в дори 3-звездни хотели. Например:дентален комплект,лосион за тяло,мицеларна вода,шивачен комплект,самобръсначка,тампони за грим и клечки за уши,кърпа за крака и по-голяма за след баня.
4.Нямаше детски халат, а само голям оставен за детето, което не е практично.
