Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir hier den Service und die Lage des Hotels.
Das ganze Team war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unglaublich gastfreundlich. Insbesondere Mr. Soo macht seinen Job hervorragend. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

The location (2-mins walking distance to cathedral & about 8 mins to Hoan Kiem Lake) and staff members are exceptional, especially Mr Soo, Mr Duy Quang & Mr receptionist (sorry - I forgot to ask his name) - they are super helpful

The breakfast is also nice! I always get the beef noodle and baguette 😊

Cons:

I felt slightly worried with the connecting door inside my room 😬 it would be great if such details are included in room details so that I'll be prepared

Mr. Soo and Mr. Khoi were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They became good friends with my husband, and he even got to spend some quality time with them during our visit. They were honestly one of the main reasons we decided to extend our stay!

The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean, and the staff were efficient, attentive, and quick to assist whenever we needed anything.

A special thank you to Ms. Lily as well, who helped us plan our entire Hanoi itinerary and made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and the hotel was definitely worth the price. The excellent service and warm hospitality made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! ❤️

We zijn van bij de inkom van het hotel ontvangen door Mr Soo, hij bracht onze vallies direckt naar boven en werden steedt met verse thee ontvangen. Voor Mr Soo was niets teveel. Het is een mooie hotel, met uitgebreid ontbijd.Bedank voor de goede serviceMr Soo

Perfect location for exploring the city
Pros:

The location was fantastic, with nice views of the cathedral area from the terrace. Room and bathroom were very spacious and the welcome fruit was a nice touch. Mr Soo the bellman at reception was excellent!

Cons:

Breakfast was on the 9th floor but the elevators only reach the 8th floor. I hurt my leg during my trip so getting up the stairs was a little challenging. Choice of food at breakfast could be improved.
