We went on an 8 day motorbike tour through NE Vietnam. Hanoi itself was interesting but extremely busy. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant.

翌日の夕食の予約をお願いしたら、快く電話してもらい、出発の時に、これから夕食のレストラン？と声をかけてもらい、迎えの車にレストランの説明もしてくださった男性スタッフの方にお世話になりました。
最終日もフロントの女性の方にお願い事をしたら快くお手伝いいただき、助かりました。
お部屋も清潔でロケーションも良いです。
設備も問題なく快適でした。
また、利用したいホテルです。
タオルが前日のものを畳んだだけかな？という日があり少し気になりましたが、これは最近のECOを意識してだと思いますので、仕方ないですね。

Wonderful One-Week Stay with Outstanding Service and Hospitality
Location was amazing, staff were extremely friendly (like everyone in Vietnam) but a special mention to Hang (English name Jenny, but her name is Hang, so I'll call her Hang)
The rooftop bar is cool, great views and it was a shame I only had a short time there.
The fact that I was only there for one night!
Air in the room was crisp and clean, A/C was fresh, not musty as in other hotels (speaking from experience). Very clean room overall.
Staff at the reception was extremely helpful, especially Lily, who helped us even with things she did not have to at all. They even stored our baggage while we went to Ha Giang loop.
Breakfast had a variety of foods, all delicious, lots of fresh fruit as well.
Location of the hotel was good, very close to Hoan Kiem lake, in walking distance.
Quite a small number of hooks/hangers/storage for your clothes in the room.
Hotel bar closes quite early - 11pm and the little restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel was closed completely. However, the bartender at the bar was very kind and the views from the rooftop are beautiful - definitely worth visiting.
