Good location, easy check in, neat & tidy room & good breakfast!
Pros:

Great location - close to Shinagawa station - we took the free bus pick up/drop off as well which was great. Especially after coming off a long haul flight. Made things so easy. Good customer service, good breakfast provided as well.
