良かったです、また機会があれば宿泊したいです。
Pros:

銀河劇場に近いこと、部屋も綺麗でした、朝食が無料でパンがとっても美味しかったです。職員の方も対応良くいい感じでした。宿泊費もお手頃で嬉しいです。品川駅までのシャトルバスがあって時間に余裕ができました。

ビジネスホテルとして不満なし
Pros:

リーズナブルで、静か、清潔。お部屋の広さもそこそこ。朝食付きも嬉しい。

用事を済ませるために一休みしたホテル
Pros:

客室は、きれいでした。一番良かったのは、スタッフさんのお気遣いと優しさです。初めての宿泊でしたが、丁寧に説明をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました。朝食の時に、「ここは、椅子一つしかないのね。」と独り言を言っていたら、そばにいたスタッフさんが。「椅子持ってきましょうか」と優しく声をかけてくださいました。嬉しかったです。

テレビで宣伝されているような食事スペースとテーブルの並びでした。お食事も簡単なもので、ホテルの滞在を楽しむより、通過点という感じでした。スピーディーにできる点では、良いのかもしれません。
