Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was extremely kind, polite and helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. They asked us several times to simply let them know whenever we wanted our room cleaned, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy, and we could see that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the pool and outdoor areas clean and well maintained as well.

The location is very convenient, and the staff helped us with recommendations and organizing different activities around Gili Trawangan, including helping us find a scooter and giving us useful information about things to do on the island. There is also a laundry service just across the street, which is very convenient, as well as an excellent restaurant directly opposite the property.

Considering the price, we think this accommodation offers very good value for money. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — everyone was friendly, respectful and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Besitzer hat mich immer beim Namen angesprochen und mir ein Fahrrad und das Wäschewaschen organisiert.

Cons:

Während meinem Aufenthalt gab es nur Salzwasser, allerdings lag das an der Wasserknappheit.

location confortevole in zona tranquilla a dieci minuti dalla movida del porto.

Cons:

ultimo giorno alla partenza dovevano chiamare i taxi alle 7:15. peccato che a quell'ora non ci fosse nessuno alla reception ed abbiamo dovuto cercarli da soli.

Il letto era comodo e la doccia non era attaccata al gabinetto. L'acqua era calda, cosa non scontata.
La colazione era abbastanza buona anche se non abbondante.

C'è stato anche un evento che non mi è piaciuto per niente. Una mattina, alle 10 circa, mi si era rotta per strada la catena della bici noleggiata da loro. Ho contattato subito l'hotel ma, non avendo ricevuto alcuna risposta, abbiamo deciso di proseguire a piedi verso la spiaggia per non perdere la giornata, lasciando la bici rotta nel parcheggio di un hotel e facendo la foto della posizione esatta. Dopo circa 3 ore, l'hotel mi risponde dicendo di scrivere ad Azis. Quindi gli scrivo mandandogli la foto con la posizione della bici e mi dice di chiamare il numero segnato sopra di essa. Ma gli avevo spiegato che noi eravamo ormai ben lontani e che non potevo ricavare il numero. Ho dovuto insistere un po' per fare andare a prendere loro la bici rotta sottolineando che comunque noi siamo in vacanza e non è un nostro problema. Non ho più ricevuto alcuna risposta ma quando siamo tornati la sera in hotel, il fratello di Azis ci ha confermato che la bici rotta era stata recuperata e aveva provveduto a procurarmene un'altra. Il giorno dopo però, tornando in camera, abbiamo notato che la stanza non era stata pulita e che il letto era ancora sfatto nonostante la nostra richiesta esplicita e abbiamo scoperto che "casualmente" c'entrava proprio questo Azis.

Vanaf het moment van aankomst liepen we al tegen grote problemen op:
Slechte voorzieningen & service: De eerste nacht hadden we helemaal geen airco en geen warm water in de douche. We moesten helaas tot de volgende dag wachten voordat hier überhaupt iets aan gedaan werd. In dit warme klimaat is een nacht zonder airco en een koude douche echt onacceptabel.
Armoedig beddengoed: Het zogenaamde "deken" op het bed is niet eens een deken, maar een hoeslaken dat zó dun is dat het bijna doorschijnend is. Van enig comfort of een fijn opgemaakt bed is absoluut geen sprake.
Geen nachtrust: Uitrusten is hier simpelweg onmogelijk. Elke ochtend vanaf 05:00 uur begint er een kip (of een ander beest) vlak bij het verblijf onophoudelijk te schreeuwen en te krijsen.
Slechte faciliteiten, nul comfort, een armoedige uitstraling en een verstoorde nachtrust. Wij komen hier in ieder geval nooit meer terug en raden iedereen sterk af om hier te boeken.
