⚠️ Stay away from this property. I had already paid for my reservation through Booking.com, but I was still forced to pay again in cash when I arrived. When I later asked them to check the security camera footage to prove my cash payment, they claimed the cameras were not working that day. I believe I was scammed. Please be extremely careful if you stay here and do not pay twice. I absolutely do not recommend this property, and I hope Booking.com thoroughly investigates this matter.

Overall stay was good and we’ll be back again.
Pros:

Great location. Close to both sides of the island. Standard room was excellent, clean and bed was really comfy.

Cons:

We hired two rooms to cater for our family. Standard room was excellent but be Villa with private pool requires maintenance. Villa entrance door was broken, lounge was broken and it wasn’t as clean as the standard rooms. Kitchen needs to be replaced (very old and dirty) and the pool wasn’t as clean as the hotel main pool. Overall good stay but villa needs to be updated and maintained better. There was also no breakfast served. Also, it was a little noisy with people partying around the main pool area.

Pros:

It’s old and run down now. Not as nice as shown in the pictures. Pictures must be of when the hotel was new. It’s definitely not a 3 star.

Cons:

No hot water in the shower at any time of the day or night. Old and run down hotel. Broken and unusable safe in the room. Mould growing on the bathroom wall. Toilet pot doesn’t have a spout washer.

Pros:

La propriété de l’espace de la chambre avec rangement et prises électrique, climatisation, la gentillesse du personnel. Ils répondaient immédiatement à ma demande, pour tout : eau potable à tout moment, café, et, j’ai eu besoin d’une calèche pour rejoindre le port. Je l’es eu dans les 5 minutes : ils ont téléphoné et tout était ok pour le bon prix : 150 000 roupies indonésiennes.
Le personnels etaient toujours avenants. Le rapport qualité prix est bon.

Ils etaient présent, et réactifs.
La proximité de l’hôtel avec le centre, le port mais au calme absolu.
La piscine, le restaurant, et la rue pleine de restaurants, de salon de massage, de stand de snorkeling. J’ai bien dormi. Et l’atmosphère est internationale. Good vibe. La description de booking et les photos sont conformes.

Cons:

Tout était bien.
