Разположението и гледката са страхотни. Комплексът е тих и спокоен. Персоналът е учтив. Храната в ресторанта беше вкусна.

Cons:

Първата къща, в която ни настаниха, миришеше на цигарен дим, пропил в мебелите. Втората къща беше по-добре, но си личеше, че не беше проветрявано скоро. Къщата не е лоша, но определено иска обновяване и по-старателно поддържане на чистота. На няколко пъти забелязахме и мравки.

Храната в ресторанта е вкусна, но не е разнообразна. Най-лошо впечатление прави, че на вечеря няма даже диспенсър за вода, с идеята да си я поръчаш и платиш, нищо че закуската и вечерята са включени в цената на престоя. Такъв тип номера са доста евтини и показват ниско ниво.

По отношение на басейн/СПА зоната - беше ужасно задушно. Въздухът беше толкова влажен, че прозорците се потяха, скривайки гледката към планината. Имахме желанието да заведем малкия ни син на басейна, все пак да се насладим на почивката като семейство, но това нямаше как да се случи при тези условия. Съответно на много места се виждаше мухъл, такъв имаше и по шезлонзите.

Добринище е чудесен град, но при следващо посещение най-вероятно ще отседнем в друг хотел.
