Accoglienza perfetta, staff egregio: gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno offerto tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno

Bagno molto piccolino e scomodo. Anche le scale possono essere problematiche ma siamo consapevoli che sono tipiche dei palazzi di Amsterdam

Lives up to it's two stars
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location can't be beat, in the middle of the city and close to so many things. It is a fair price for being Amsterdam.

Cons:

The bed was not good, the pillows were like bricks and the room is too small for anything but the bed. The size of the room was fairly clear from the presentation on Booking.

The property is in central. That is the only positive about the property.

Cons:

The hotel is in second floor and there is a long staircase (its very narrow and difficult to carry our luggages to the second floor ).
No one will come to help to carry our luggage.
The second thing was the cleanliness. It was really suffocating. The room was very small and congested for 3 peoples. The bathroom was even smaller . We could barely stand in the bathroom in one position. Cant turn or move. The toilet was near to the door and we cant sit properly because our legs will get stuck within the doorr. There was no lock for the bathrroom also.
