Location
Felt a little small for 2 people
Great central location in the old town, immaculately clean, friendly and helpful service. Our standard room was big, three huge windows overlooking the street, really comfortable bed, fluffy towels refreshed every day.
If you need a lounge area there’s limited sitting space but it’s perfect for a short stay.
Great breakfast in a secret and bright underground hideaway.
Excellent place to stay in Vilnius
Posizione centrale, personale gentile, pulizia ottima, camere grandi e un letto veramente top
super alles top und zentral
war alles top gib nichts
BEL HOTEL TRES BIEN SITUE DANS VILNIUS , CHAMBRE BIEN EQUIPEE ET TRES GRANDE
UN PETIT EFFORT POUR LE PETIT DEJEUNER
Location is very good.
Great location. Short walk to most sites of interest.
Great breakfast and friendly staff.
My room door was shorter then normal causing me to hit my head and cut it on sharp metal hinge on way in and out unless ducking. (I am 188cm tall)
This was reported to reception staff but apart from an apology nothing done nor room change as was full.
Upon further querying when home they said door is standard which is untrue. Most doors are but some are shorter. So if you are tall be careful or if you don’t duck you will also have a sore head.
It was clean. Breakfast staff worked really hard to provide a varied and good quality breakfast, which was topped up regularly.
The location is also good. It was quiet but close to everything.
Reception staff all seemed like it was their first day. The answers we got given were confusing or contradictory. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the chemex but we weren't given any ground coffee for it until the third time asking on the last day. On checking out, we found the receptionist asleep in another room.
There was a high up small window in the room that had no curtains so it made the room very light early in the morning. We couldn't find a way to turn the air conditioning control panel off so that was lit up during the night too. Generally not good for anyone who needs darkness to sleep.
