Cons:

My car didn’t feel safe in the carpark, the carpet looked dirty, there were stains on the duvet cover and the room smelled. There were no windows in the double bed room which made it all feel worse as well.

The location

Cons:

Check in was abysmal. The instructions were sent to me personally rather than on the booking app. I didn't have access to my messages, so didn't get the message. I made multiple calls and messages to the numbers given and there were no responses. We stood outside for 20 minutes. The configuration of the room meant that the two students we were travelling with had to come through our bedroom to go to the bathroom. Communication with management continued to be sporadic.

Simple and clean room.
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The method of entering the room was a bit complicated, instructions were given..but it was a bit confusing.

Lovely, warm, clean stay.
Pros:

I love staying here, I am a regular visitor of this place, it is warm, comfortable and the staff are kind and extremely welcoming and accommodating. Shower is beautiful (half the reason I keep coming back)

Cons:

My only thing would be that the “double” bed is two beds pushed together, which I haven’t had too much of an issue with in past stays however a few times they do tend to slip apart and it is a noticeable gap which can affect comfort a little. Would recommend potentially getting mattress toppers for when beds are put together for a cohesive mattress surface.

Don't stay here!
Pros:

There was nothing acceptable about this accommodation. We left without staying.

Cons:

Filthy, poorly lit hallways. Narrow stairways with handrails hanging off. No window in the room, carpets filthy, no mattress protector on the blood-stained mattress. Furniture filthy. We left after a heated exchange with the surly manager who refused a refund. Frankly, if this was the only option I'd rather sleep in my car.
