Overall an 'ok' place to stay. Some maintenance work required. Honest attention to detail necessary.
Pros:

Cons:

The room was serviced once in our 10 day stay, when we received fresh towels.
We ran out of toilet paper and I bought our own in the end.
Our rubbish was not emptied beyond the day our room was serviced.
One of the beds had a leg completely off the base and another missing a wheel.
The toilet seat is secure but not fitted correctly.
There are lights that don't work and both chairs in the room are in need of a clean.
The carpets could do with a clean.
Doors in the room could use wiping down as marks from other visitors remain.
Should there be somewhere to sit our suitcase?
Perhaps the one from our room was the one left sitting outside in the corridor by the adjacent room?
We did not see any staff at all during our stay, returning from being out noting other rooms obviously had been serviced, as the laundry bags were in the hallway.
I tried 3 different ways of contacting someone to talk about our issues.
I finally managed to get hold of someone today, having completed our stay, & I was told by the manager following checking with his worker, his worker had informed him we had hung a red 'do not disturb' sign on our door.
This is not truthful or correct.
Neither did any staff member speak to me about servicing our room, as I was informed by the manager during our conversation his worker had informed him they had. Neither truthful or correct.
Firstly I saw no staff members in our 10 nights stay there at all, neither were there ANY cards in our room for me to have possibly left one hanging on the door handle to state we didn't want to be disturbed.
There were no cards sitting on the desk, in the bedside drawers or in the information folder supplied.
The workers statement is not truthful and disappointing to hear.
I have asked the manager to follow-up on the emailed concerns on his return from his vacation & to correct the issues raised.
Should you choose to stay here and encounter any issues, all the best with finding someone to raise them with.

Best quality-price clean, hot shower place!
Pros:

Todo muy limpio, ventilado, agradable, baño completo, shampoo y jabón líquido, toallas impecables bien blancas. Habitaciones completas con todas las comodidades, microondas, vasos, cubiertos, frigobar. DUCHAS CALIENTES prolongadas y con buena presión. Estacionamiento gratis. Qué más pedir? Excelente relación precio calidad. El personal muy amable, dispuesto a resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Cons:

Están mejorando el lavarropa, pero puede consultar con el alojamiento por cualquier actualización o servicio.

Overall it’s excellent. Very supportive online staff, very clean rooms and one of the most enjoyable features is the top
Pros:

It’s easy to check in, just takes a bit of time to figure it out. It’s one of these places where you do things by yourself instead of facing staff members etc, but it’s very secure and safe

Cons:

Sooo many doors to go through if you had a room from the front entrance and your car is parked at the back

Beautiful, I will visit again. If I have anything to do in Christchurch

Honestly it’s such a good place. It was literally in the middle to assess other places I needed too was very okay. Great staffs they respond to your problems very fast. Everything described on the page was what I got in my room nothing was missing

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that it was 2 separate beds attached together to make it a big single bed but I wasn’t a problem I had a good sleep all through. Their bedsheets was neatly washed I had no itches at all when I laid in it.
