Ks đẹp ngay trung tâm nhân viên nhẹ nhàng gần gũi tốt bụng, giá thành lại phải chăng, đồ ăn cũng ngon so với 3* tgif mình thấy là rất ổn

It was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The people at reception, can't speak or understand English. Communication was very difficult. Used translate app but it is really frustrating that they can't just speak or understand basic things in English especially at a hotel we're there is tourist.

Mình vô tình đặt chỗ này hai lần. Phòng ốc cũng ổn, vị trí cũng ổn. Tương đối sạch. Đồ ăn sáng thì đơn giản. Bữa sáng có bánh ít hơi có mùi, nhà mình có phản hồi lại mà không nhận đc thông tin gì về phía khách sạn vẫn để cho khách sử dụng.
Bảo vệ hơi lớn tuổi khá cứng nhắc, hướng dẫn khách đỗ xe mà khó chịu. Thái độ nhân viên phục vụ đồ ăn ( quầy bún) buổi sáng không mấy thân thiện!
Chắc sẽ k quay lại nữa.
