Pros:

Front desk was outstanding in everything. Had a problem with our first room because of a leak in the ceiling over one of the beds and was able to take care of switching rooms. Jennifer, Angela, Miguel and Pam take care of you like you are family. Would definitely recommend to everyone to stay here.

Short stay very last minute and it was great!
Pros:

The rooms were beautiful and overly spacious! I recommend this place 100% for a family looking for a nice hotel

A+ for visitors to Busch Gardens and surrounding area
Pros:

We only stayed one night but staff allowed us to check in early at 10:00 am and get their shuttle to Busch Gardens. We caught the shuttle back around 7 pm. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a real breakfast and was good. All the staff was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

The only negative, even though it is totally understandable in this location was: noise was noticeable in our 4th floor room from the four-lane road in front of the hotel which our room was facing. It was not loud enough to bother us when we slept.

Ótima opção para quem vai ao Busch gardens! Ambientes agradáveis, limpos e amplos!
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bem servido. O café disponível na recepção também anima a gente. A flexibilidade na hora do check in foi ótima. Pudemos deixar o carro no estacionamento para ir ao Busch Gardens antes de fazer o check in o que ajudou muito. A proximidade para o Busch gardens é muito boa. Fizemos o trajeto a pé sem dificuldades e evitamos pagar pelo estacionamento no parque. Gostei da academia, simples, mas ampla.

Cons:

O quarto voltado para a rua é um pouco barulhento, apesar de ter uma vista legal para o parque, o que acaba compensando. A área do hotel está um pouco degradada, mas não chegamos a nos sentir inseguros.

Perfect for visiting Busch Gardens
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights while visiting Busch Gardens. Super close to the park. Arrived early and able to check in before we went to the park. Both day and evening reception ladies Pam and Jennifer were awesome and Darlene that was working with Breakfast so friendly and kind. The shuttle bus driver Miguel fantastic. Would definitely recommend this hotel and location to BG.

Cons:

Shuttle only runs Thursday thru Sunday, would have loved to be able to use it on the Monday too.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

King size bed was horrible. My husband has bad back problems, and the mattress made it worse. Also, the room location is too much noise. You can hear every car that passes by at night. We left early, couldn't do another night in the horrible bed. I regret not taking pictures.
