安いのによかった！
Pros:

駅からわかりやすく近かったので、発車数分前にホテルを出ても、電車に乗れて立地が最高でした。眺めもよかったです。
ドアに鍵をにつけっぱなしにしていたのに、置き手紙をおいてくれたり、チェックインアウトのときも、スタッフの感じがよかったです。

Cons:

少し埃っぽく、鼻炎の子供がひどそうでした。

金がもったいなかった
Pros:

アクセスが良い

Cons:

禁煙ルームを希望したが、エレベーターから降りた瞬間からフロアがタバコ臭い。
部屋の中も勿論タバコ臭。染み付いた臭いなので窓を開けても効果なし。
バスルームは排水溝から不快臭。
更に髪の毛が何本も壁に付いており、気持ち悪かった為、自身で掃除。
「ホテルにきてまで私は何をやっているんだ？」と虚しくなった。
間接照明もホコリをかぶっていて汚い。
金は勿体ないが、臭すぎて寝られそうもなかったので休憩だけして泊まらずにチェックアウトした。
今まで宿泊した中で1番汚いホテルだった。
古いとかではなく、清掃に問題あり。

It was clean

Cons:

The room lighting was insufficient, making the room feel quite dim, especially in the evening.
After using the hotel laundry machine, my clothes came back with an unpleasant odour, which was disappointing.
I requested ironing service for my clothes. The laundry form included a separate option for "pressing" and my clothes were accepted without any issue. However, the next day, they returned them to me in a bag and told me housekeeping does not provide pressing services. Instead, I was advised to collect an iron from the front desk and do the ironing myself. It would be helpful if service limitations were communicated clearly when the request is made.
The breakfast selection lacked variety, and more diverse food options would enhance the guest experience.

Super for Tokyo Game Show!
Pros:

Struttura a due passi da Makuhari ed estremamente comodo per visitare il TokyoGameShow per tutto il weekend, veramente a due passi.. avevamo la stanza che affacciava sull’entrata della fiera. La zona è estremamente tranquilla la sera.
