對於前往幕張hall跟zozo球場的人來說，這裡真是超級方便，既接近海濱幕張站，又接近會場
周圍購物商場及餐廳也很多，晚上散場還有巴士直達羽田機場

Pros:

夜にご飯を食べるためにお箸をもらいに行ったらありますよ！と笑顔で出してくれたり、チェックアウト後に駅のロッカーがどこも空いてなくてチェックアウト後でも荷物預かってもらえますか？と聞いたら快く預かってくれてとても親切なホテルだなと思いました。
また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

駅近と部屋の広さ

壁、床、天井から調度品まで全て汚い
ただ汚れているだけじゃなく直そういう気配も感じられない
誰も書いてないようだけれども便座が冷たい
ありえないレベル
このホテルに高評価してる人ってちゃんとしたホテルに泊まったことないの？
フロントは日本語おぼつかないし
これでこの金額はひどい
