少し古めのホテルである認識があったので部屋については、相応とは思っています。
Pros:

アクセスが良い。近くの展示会会場へも移動がスムーズ。スタッフの対応がとても丁寧でした。電話の際もとても感じの良い対応をしていただきました。

とても良かったです！
Pros:

駅からも近くて分かりやすく、羽田までのバス停がホテルを出てすぐにあるのはとても良かった！
幕張メッセまでも想像していたより近くてとても便利でした。

Cons:

トイレの便座が冷たくてビックリした。
冷房調節が出来ず寒かった。
