Overall it was a great stay and if I go back to the area again, I would definitely come back.
Pros:

We were extremely surprised on how friendly the staff was our entire stay. Especially Nico! He greeted us with a big smile. Remembered my name the following day. Asked if there was anything he could help us with. Suggested places to eat and sights to see.

Cons:

We did have issues with the key getting into the room. Each day we had to get a new key because it would work.

The smell and dampness of the room. It is an old building with AC, yet it seemed like the AC was not working properly as our clothes were very damp. Note it was extreme heat outside.

Super soft bedding and pillows and the location was superb!

Cons:

The bathroom and bedroom were relatively dark. The bedroom had several lamps that each needed to be turned on individually (no master light switch), and the bathroom was surprisingly dark for putting on makeup.

Excellent hotel. Reception dsk and location were wonderful. Would stay here again!
Pros:

The reception desk staff was excellent, so friendly. There was a "coolong station" in the lobby with sun screen, hand towels, and hand fans. Such a nice extra touch in this unbearably hot weather.

Location and bed were great , disappointed with all the added charges and staff was just not very attentive, or friendly

awful cocktails at bar in hotel , service bad , fridge didn’t work in room and the extra charges added to room were ridiculous especially the $25 amenities fee , and parking fee along with all the taxes was like an extra $100 !

location great, think I would stay at a different property close by instead.

Cons:

staff in hotel. Front desk woman was sitting in the guest lobby in a guest chair looking at her phone when we got up that morning instead of being behind the front desk. The restaurant waiter forgot our orange juice at breakfast and our room had a weird smell to it....and noticed a fruit fly kind of bug flying in the room.

Pros:

Location location location! Riverfront with plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Parking garage was a bonus and worth the extra because you don’t need your car.
