When booking more than 3 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply. A security deposit will be requested to pay at the confirmation of the reservation.

When travelling with pets, please note that ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The conditions are the following:
• There is a dog fee of €12 per night and a cleaning fee of €25 per stay.
• Maximum weight: 10 kg
• Accommodation with dogs includes 1 ecological drinking fountain (1,000 ml), 1 ecological feeding bowl (750 ml), 15 biodegradable bags, 1 bag dispenser, 1 bag of healthy treats, and 1 ball.
• Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool). Only 1 dog is allowed
Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. El hotel muy acogedor y céntrico. Resaltar y agradecer a Natalia Nevado(recepción) y Paqui (cafetería) su amabilidad y empatía. Conmigo y mi hija al habernos quedado encerradas en el ascensor, como diez minutos. ( y yo con claustrofobia 😱😱) fueron encantadoras.

La verdad es que me gustó todo. El personal encantador y muy amable. Recomendable 100% el spa y un masaje con Sara. Yo me di uno en las piernas y otro craneofacial. Una pasada. Profesional como la copa de un pino. Mejor masaje de mi vida. Gracias por hacer agradable mi estancia
