Important information:

Housekeeping apartment cleaning services are provided thrice a week from 09: 00 to 17:00 except for Sundays & public holidays. Cleaning days will be assigned based on the apartment floor allocated for the bookings.

Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).

Please note that our front desk is manned from 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Any late arrival will be assisted by our night security.

Children under the age of 12 years can stay for free if using the existing bed in the apartmentPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

It was not that great.
Pros:

Property was well equipped. only an add on for a washing machine would be great

Cons:

Rooms were not very clean, specially bed duvet. Also the baby crib was broken and not in a good condition. Baby crib was also very big compared to the studio size that we were not able to put the crib next to the bed and crib remained at the outside area so that we had to sleep on the sofa outside to be close to the baby. Also , there was no space for an extra bed. We are family of 4. 2 Parents and 1 kid and a baby and the 1 bedroom studio was really tooooooo small for us to even fit us during sleeping.

They have a cleaning schedule, but it’s not daily. If you need extra cleaning outside the scheduled days, there will be an additional charge.

Nice stay
Pros:

Clean and spacious, and the location.

Cons:

This just a suggetion, maybe it will be good if salt pepper and cooking oil also provide because it has a kitchen, i want to make omelette but then i check there is no pepper and salt, it little bit ridicilous to buy them if you only stay 2-3 days.

The property has everything for a perfect stay, will definitely stay again.
Pros:

It was in a great location to Orchard Road and two mrt’s for getting around. Property was fresh, modern and bed very comfy. The roof terrace had a lovely pool, small gym and seating area. The staff were very polite and helpful. Everything you need for a perfect stay away.

Cons:

Nothing. Would have liked a couple of chairs on the balcony.
