Custumer support is very kind and helpful

Cons:

Floors were dirty, black. The cleaners do not change water after each room and just sorrad the dirt with moo rather than washing floors

Planète GAFAM.
Pros:

Appartement agréable et confortable sur la planète GAFAM. Entouré des bureaux des multinationales dans un quartier neuf et électronique, à portée du centre, mais sans aucun service de proximité.

Pros:

It was great, we felt as if we were the guests they were waiting for.
We have no problems with online check-in or check-out
The location is great for concerts in Allianz Arena

Cons:

To check-in online in advance, I had to follow a link they sent me by email. At first, I thought it was a scam. But thanks to the employee, everything was OK

Für einen längeren Aufenthalt muss man erstmal putzen...
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr gut und die Umgebung ist ruhig. Mehrere Cafés, u.a. Dean & David sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Bereits beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel ein unangenehmer Geruch auf. Die Küchenzeile, insbesondere die Dunstabzugshaube und die Spülmaschine, scheinen länger nicht geputzt worden zu sein und waren von einem Fettfilm überzogen. In der Dusche fand sich die Abdeckung eines Rasierers.
Leider war die Rezeption während meines Aufenthaltes mir besetzt.

Absolut empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Reibungsloser Checkin ohne Personal. Vollständige Ausstattung. Sauberkeit top… Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hatte zunächst Bedenken aufgrund der Nähe zur Autobahn, aber hinter der Lärmschutzwand war praktisch nichts vom Straßenlärm zu hören. Es war sogar einfach einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden, was in München wohl nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Mitten in München und trotzdem günstig!
Pros:

Bereits zum 2. Mal war ich in den smartment Apartments und wie beim letzten Aufenthalt lief alles reibungslos.
Vom Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und dem vollautomatischen Ein- und Auschecken über App und Barcode bin ich begeistert. Besser und günstiger kann man in Schwabing nicht unterkommen.
Kochen, spülen, Kaffeekochen, alles möglich.
Im Oktober bin ich wieder in München und weiß auch schon wo ich unterkommen werde.
