Cons:

The Hotel was very busy and the staff overwhelmed— two people checking in, serving drinks, taking food orders. Lots of angry people kept waiting not the fault of staff but management. Waited ages to order dinner got a packet of crisps instead.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable, staff at reception struggled to understand basic English and were very overwhelmed with taking drink orders and took excessively long to make them. The bathroom didn't offer much privacy and the rooms are very small

Loved the location, friendly staff, clean rooms & complimentary breakfast
Pros:

Room size catered for 2 of us and was very clean. Complimentary breakfast a bonus. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was within walking distance to the city and Suncorp Stadium.
