Great for an overnight stay when visiting Brisbane

Very disappointed
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Breakfast was well below standard. First morning there were no glasses or plates and 5he food was limited. We stated 2 days and room supplies were not replenished eg. tbags, sugar,milk.

A good option for the traveller who does not plan to spend much time in the hotel beyond sleep.
Pros:

1. Seamless and fuss free check-in, although they couldn't accommodate check-ins earlier than 2pm. They did offer to store my luggage first until I could check-in at 2pm.
2. Breakfast was also fuss free. Ample choices for a quick breakfast, not luxurious, but sufficient.

Cons:

1. Provide each room with bottled water or have drinking water dispensers at each floor.
2. The towels were nice and fluffy, but they seemed to be shedding. Left traces on my face and clothes after drying myself.
3. The combination toilet/shower door needs getting used to.

Cons:

Booked twin beds did not materialise. After much discussion and delay a roll away bed was put in a larger superior room as it would not fit in the booked standard room - we were charged an extra 50$ for this which I believe was not appropriate or fair.

Pros:

Everyone was exceptionally professional, the car park was full but gave me all the time in the world to leave my car at the foyer entrance to check in, get bags sorted etc and the buffet breakfast was well serviced, nothing ran out and everything was kept fresh.
