Pros:

Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the pool was clean and there were no issues or anything out of order

Cons:

We were a family of 4, no one came to check the room or ask if we needed anything, by the second day we were short on toilet paper, I had to take out the trash myself because the trash cans are very small, and by the third day we had no more towels

Cons:

The air conditioner in the room made a loud whistling sound all night. The room and bed linens had a smell. The pillows were small and bed hard.
