I love the professionalism of the staff and prompt response to queries. Thank you for helping us settle in Kigali. My daughter had a great time at your facility, she was free and happy And I would recommend it for anyone traveling to Nairobi with their family with young children. Pros:

The staff - Innocent and Innocent were exceptional!
The hotel staff also made me a cake on my birthday- that was so memorable and special!

Cons:

Initially- the room I was given had a terrible smell from carpets. Had also specifically requested a room with city views since it was my first time in the country but instead they allocated me a room facing inwards. These concerns were only addressed the following day-first day was terrible with that moisture ingress smell.
