Pros:

離海邊和mall都很近，附近也有許多好吃的美食，早餐還行，有河粉和現煎蛋品，剛好遇到海洋節，當地人吃早餐非常早.......人山人海有點可怕。同事說游泳池和健身房都不大，不用特別去使用。櫃台小姐人很好，非常熱心

Cons:

隔音太差，走廊講話和走路都聽得到，已經住在17樓了，半夜還是聽得到街上的喇叭聲

Ks cũng đã xuống cấp , dc cái vị trí trung tâm gần biển

Cons:

Nhà tắm bị tắc thoát nước kém, nhân viên tệ khách cần ra sân bay sớm đã hỏi trước 6h dc ăn sáng chưa. NV lễ tân báo được. Khi khách xuống nhà hàng không cho, ăn trứng ốp nhẹ cũng không được bảo là quy định của KS đúng 6h30 mới được. Dịch vụ của các bạn như vậy cần xem lại từ chủ đến NV, chắc chủ bắt NV phải làm đúng quy định nên k trách các bạn dc. Phòng đã không được mới mà dịch vụ còn tệ thì không sớm muộn đóng cửa

Đây không phải là một khách sạn 4 sao như cách họ quảng cáo, phí khách sạn họ charge bạn có thể qua Vinpearl Hotel gần đ
Cons:

Phòng sup mà như khách sạn 3 sao. Không thể là 4 sao được. Gần như khả năng cách âm của các phòng là không có, nên cực kì ồn ào luôn. Ồn từ hành lang đến các phòng khác đến ban công hướng ra mặt đường, không thể ngủ yên. Mình đã thanh toán trước 3 đêm cho hai phòng và muốn refund trả phòng luôn trong ngày nhưng không đồng ý, cũng không hỗ trợ gì thêm.

Phòng cũ và thiết bị bên trong không có đầy đủ, phải đi xin thêm nhân viên. Nhân viên hời hợt không chào khách, không hỗ trợ, đã trả xe thuê, lễ tân buổi tối báo chốt thuê xe 1 ngày rưỡi, sáng hôm sau lễ tân khác đòi charge 2 ngày tiền xe dù mình nói sao hôm qua báo một đằng nay lấy tiền một kiểu, vẫn insist dù đã trả lại xe từ hôm qua thì vẫn tính tiền hai ngày.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room cleaning was regular and efficient. Very quiet, spacious bathrooms and great curtains for us that wanted to sleep in. Pool area clean and open.

Cons:

Toilet needed unblocking twice and the safe was so low and poorly lit ( blown light bulb) had to use phone torch to operate the safe, and it also required staff to reset it. Booking.com advertised that their was cable TV and Satellite TV but again staff had to be called upon to get it operating. Minor things really and staff were very helpful and friendly making our stay enjoyable.

Местоположение и персонал

Cons:

1. Горячей воды нет, душевая работает очень плохо, надо стоять и настраивать все
2. Уборка. Хаускипинг просто выкидывает мусор и протирает пол. Надо их просить чтоб поменяли постельное белье, поменяли полотенца. Мы просили аж два раза, на третий раз нам поменяли.
3. Шумоизоляции нет, слышно абсолютно всё.
4. Не подходит для семей с маленькими детьми.
