Gut , akzeptabel
Pros:

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, Checking am Automat sehr gut, ruhig, Die Betten sind sehr bequem, den Boden mit Teppich sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern.

Cons:

Eingang des Gebäude nicht sauber, Treppen sehr schmutzig, Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und nicht an Kabel angeschlossen obwohl es versprochen wurde. Personal haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht aber war auch abwesend falls man Fragen gehabt hätte. Trotzdem werde ich mich wieder gerne bei Ihnen aufhalten da es mit dem Preis auch sehr passend ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe

Great location, excellent value for money. Everything was clean, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of smoke, and the smell didn’t go away even after airing it out.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and nice. The only issue I experienced was with the late reception check-in. Other than that, everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and polite. We could only check in late, and I wish we had arrived earlier.

Everything was very clean and nice. It was a beautiful hotel and definitely worth staying at again. It would be even better if the reception staff were more helpful. The location is a bit far, but its proximity to the subway is incredibly convenient.

Cons:

Ungepflegtes Treppenhaus, Anmeldeautomat im Treppenhaus, Frage nach Passnummer! Wer verreist innerhalb Deutschlands mit dem Reisepass und wer hat seine Passmummer im Kopf??? . Die Zimmer sind kahl und schlecht eingerichtet. Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Für die Hotelklasse und ohne Frühstück ist ziemlich überteuert.

I paid a very reduced price because of late availability/booking otherwise the price would've been a bit high for the size of the room and other aspects (very small bed , spongy mattress), ensuite bathroom very good and otherwise generally quite nice.

Pros:

Только ванная комната. Лестничные пролеты просто ужасные. Я пришла после 21.00 и очень долго набирала данные для получения ключа на мониторе при моем плохом зрении, благо мне помог мужчина.

Cons:

Лестницы и мебель советских времен.
