Great location and very nice rooms.
Pros:

The breakfast is really good. Maria oversees it. Great choices. Couldn't be better. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

Cons:

I don't sleep well with a comforter only, for a blanket on the bed. I get too hot. However, they did bring me a blanket to use instead.

I was told that there don’t have any rooms left when I arrived

When I arrived at the property, I was told that they are booked out and they won’t accommodate me, even though I got the reservation made.

Cons:

Check in process was awful. Our room was not ready at 3pm. We had to wait until 5:30pm and we missed our dinner reservations because of it. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude as well.

Great Front Desk Team!!!
Pros:

Rooms/Suites are super clean. The location is perfect due to it being next to a mall. I must shoutout the front desk team--specifically Tiffany, Solomon, and Savannah. All weekend they gave us superb customer service. We had a couple of changes needing to be made and they did it without hesitation. I believe in shouting out great customer service and this trio did just that. I sincerely appreciate them as it added to our Element experience. Marriott take care of them!!!!!!!!!
