Pros:

Lokalita hotela je OK. Prostredie bolo prijateľné, no ústretovosť chýbala. Izba bola veľká, celkom prijateľne vybavená, len sme museli upozorniť na chýbajúce uteráky a žiadť si upratanie izby.

Cons:

Keďže súčasťou hotela je Casino, nedoporúčam pobyt piatok-sobota , veľa hlučných hostí, ktorí sa nad ránom vracajú z Casina a búchajú na dvere a kričia. Nedostatky na izbe ako nefunkčnosť zatovrenia okna sme nahlásili na recepcii, prišli sa na to pozrieť a na duhý deň ho mali opraviť, no nestalo sa tak. Následne asi po 2 nociach sme boli z hornej izby vytopený v kúpelni- strop, recepčná nám vymenila izbu, oproti, ktorej bola miestnosť pre upratovačky, ktoré tam viedli diskusný krúžo a vo večerných hodinách sme ich museli upozorniť, nech sú tichšie. Raňajky boli OK až na hluk personálu. Posilovňa v poriadku, vnútorný bazén by mohol byť čistejší. Uteráky pri bazéne a v posilovni nie sú musíte si ich zobrať z izby :( .

חדרים על הפנים דלתות לא ננעלות אין מזגן על קור רק על חום יחס מחפיר של בנות הקבלה הייתי המון פעמים משהו שם השתבש לא אחזור יותר

Номер не был готов когда нас заселили не хватало полотенец,не было халатов, зубных щеток ,шампуня,не было даже мусорного ведра в ванной комнате и т.д Сейф не работал,приходилось ждать сотрудника отеля чтобы он его открыл,и не один раз!!! Подушки пора менять,одеяло для двоих полуторное..Завтраки это отдельная история.. ( это позор)..5 звездочный отель ...или отмените этот ужас или сделайте достойные завтраки!!! Нет желания вернуться в этот отель.
