The rooms are large.The rooms are large.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the lobby. No room cleaning without asking and late hours. Two of the four days we stayed at the hotel there was no hot water. There are no TV programs that are of interest to those staying at the hotel. And there were no World Cup broadcasts.

Cons:

Not enough basic stuff like
towels, shampoos and conditioner in the shower.
Had to search for the staff to open up the sofa for my child. Lots of noise at night from the nearby night club. The room had a smell of cigarettes. The staff who worked there isn’t nice.

Cons:

The Hotel is dirty, interiors old and run down. Brakefast is stale and has no variety. In the evening I ordered spagetti bolognese- I received pasta with ground beef and now souce.

מרגע קבלת הפנים ועד עזיבת המלון הצוות היה נחמד אדיב במלון יש אופציה להזמנת טיולים בעברית ברוסית ואנגלית יש קזינו צמוד קניון צמוד תמורת החדר היינו זוג עם 3 ילדים קיבלנו סוויטה 3 חדרים מהממת עם 3 מקלחות ו3 שרותים מאובזרים בהכל ברמה גבוה 2 בריכות סאונות במלון שעובדות עד 22:00 כנל חדר הכושר והספא. המלון ממוקם קרוב לטיילת גן שעשועים קרוב לים. המלון נקי מסודר הצוות אדיב ביקשנו שיזמינו מוניות והזמינו לנו. ארוחת בוקר עשירה מאוד מגוונת טעימה . מאוד ממליצה. תודה רבה על חופשה מושלמת
