שירות נקיון על הפנים יומים ראשונים לא נקו לנו בכלל את החדר..למרות שדיברנו עם הלובי כמה בעמים.
הזמנתי חדר בשלוש מיטות לילים קיבלנו מטה זוגית מיטת סופה שבורה. ולא רצו להחליף..
הבעיה היתה גם בשפה שלהם בקושי מבינים אנגלית..
המוזר בית המלון הזה לא היה כךך לפני שנה..

המלון מתוחזק גרוע, שרות חדרים לא עונים לטלפון וגם לא הקבלה במלון . בשרותים ריח של פיפי חריף על הרצפה הכל מטונף והכי הזוי אין מגבות במלון בכלל וזאת לאחר המתנה של 5 שעות שלא העלו לנו מגבות .
הצוות בקבלה לא דאג למגבות כי לא היה להם לתת . וביקשתי לעזוב את המלון ולשלם רק את הלילה הראשון כי הגענו ב 20.00 לציק אין וביקשנו לצאת לאחר שלא סיפקו לנו מגבות ! ואז גבו לי על יומיים
שהייה , זו בושה על איך שהתנהגה פקידת הקבלה והמנהל שגבה מאיתנו בשביל לעזוב כמעט 300 דולר .
מבקשת מבוקינג לברר את הנושא השהייה שלי הייתה מה13.8 עד 14.8 שעה 12.00 ונתנו לנו לחכות 3 שעות והמנהל חזר רר אחרי כמה שעות והחזיר חצי מהסכום ששולם למלון . פשוט לעולם לא כדאי להגיע למלון הזה
אכזבה קשה .

מלון גרוע ביותר מלוכלך שרותים מגעילים אין מענה מהקבלה אין מגבות אין מנקות .. פשוט זוועה !

המלון גדול מאוד, נקי ומרשים, עם חדרים גדולים ונוחים ונוף יפה לים. אנחנו סגרנו חצי פנסיון, ויש מבחר גדול מאוד של אוכל, למרות שלא הכול היה כל כך לטעמנו.

הבריכה גדולה ומצוינת, והספא פשוט מדהים. המסאז’ים היו מצוינים ומקצועיים, אם כי השירות בספא היה מעט איטי.

המלון נמצא קצת רחוק ממרכז העיר, אבל נסיעה של כ-15 דקות במונית למרכז עולה בערך 14-50 שקל, כך שזה בהחלט נוח המלון גדול מאוד, נקי ומרשים, עם חדרים גדולים ונוחים ונוף יפה לים. אנחנו סגרנו חצי פנסיון, ויש מבחר גדול מאוד של אוכל, למרות שלא הכול היה כל כך לטעמנו.

הבריכה גדולה ומצוינת, והספא פשוט מדהים. המסאז’ים היו מצוינים ומקצועיים .

Все что есть недодерживается в должном виде. На пример в СПА сауна не работает. Джакузи не работает. Спасателей в бассейне нет. Работникам не выдают полотенца поменять в номерах. Дверь шкафа в номере чуть не упала на моего внука. Так как нет должного обслуживания.

בנוסף קיבלנו חדר עם וילון קרוע השמש עשתה לנו השקמת בוקר מבאס מאוד ולא היו מוכנים להחליף לנו חדר למרות שהבן אדם שבא לתקן אמר שזה שבור וניסו לתקן בעבר את זה ושלא אפשרי לתקן
