Overall, the stay did not meet my expectations at all, especially considering the price I paid.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was large and well equipped, and the hotel was relatively close to the train station.

Cons:

I was not satisfied with my stay, especially with the cleanliness. The bathroom was dirty, and I found hair on the edge of the shower. The sink was also not clean. There was no freezer and no bottle of water in the room. I also paid extra for breakfast, but I was not satisfied with the quality at all. When some items ran out, the staff did not refill them. The air-conditioning system was also difficult to use, and the temperature did not seem adjustable. We tried several times to lower the temperature and make the room cooler and fresher, but we were not able to do so.The pillow was also uncomfortable, as it was very thin and light.

Location and parking were very good.

Cons:

Safe didn't work at all and wasn't repaired or replaced. Room cleaning was inconsistent with crumbs often missed and cobwebbs above the curtains. One night, noise from room 226 went on for hours throughout the early hours & despite night porter being aware, issue not tackled.

Convenient location. Needs more proactive attention from reception staff.
Pros:

Location close to main car routes and ease to walk 20mins to town centre and restaurants. Rooms at rear overlooking sports fields are a nice view.

Cons:

Lack of action to requests for room and assistance. Our laundry was returned after 4 days not completed and still unwashed. Odd!
We had a very disruptive night due to the next room housing some party or festival revellers. With some extreme noise behaviours from midnight to 5am on one evening. Meaning no sleep that night, and difficulty for the night staff to manage this although they tried.

Really lovely comfortable hotel - my second time here and I will be back!

If breakfast started at 6.30 rather than 7 it would have made my day a little less rushed, but just a minor thing.

Pros:

Het personeel was aardig en je kon er goed parkeren. Ontbijt (en restaurant) was top.

Cons:

De kamer vond ik weinig sfeer uitstralen. Een schilderijtje zou veel wonderen verrichten. Daarnaast was de douchekraan kapot en de douche niet helemaal schoon. Mijn kamer zat aan het einde vd gang en daar was de verlichting kapot. Hierdoor was het nogal een duistere ingang.

Clean comfy and good value for money
Pros:

Had everything we needed for a short stay in Oss

Cons:

It is lovely to look out over sporting facilities, but visitors do need to be aware that on weekend nights there can be very loud soccer matches being played below. Luckily for us we were so jet lagged that it didn’t stop us from sleeping !’
